As for episkopos, here is what the word means:

episkopos: a superintendent, an overseer
Original Word: ἐπίσκοπος, ου, ὁ
Part of Speech: Noun, Masculine
Transliteration: episkopos
Phonetic Spelling: (ep-is'-kop-os)
Definition: a superintendent, an overseer
Usage: (used as an official title in civil life), overseer, supervisor, ruler, especially used with reference to the supervising function exercised by an elder or presbyter of a church or congregation.

That is why I said you need to read the Bible.

You quote the scriptures and demand the same of others as if it were the word and the test for our times, but it is not. Israel, whom died in their sins and have their salvation in Christ according to the scriptures, were told to keep the written word. But God has promised that those born again of the spirit of God, would no more turn to such, but would have it written on their hearts, that it would not be them who spoke, but the Spirit of the Father speaking in them, and thus women (spiritually the bride of Christ) should be silent in Church, leaving only the Head to speak.

But you, though you call yourself a Christian and a follower of Christ, have not followed at all, but have followed Israel in that type of blindness (until the times of the gentiles are fulfilled).

So...I say again: Read the Bible, and desist in your ignorant grumblings against those who have been sent according to the scriptures.
Once again---GIVE us the exact scripture/s that says this.
Not your words.

"The Lord is perfect in all His ways"...even in His use of imperfect people. But that does not make His word void, when He says, "It is not you who speaks, but the Spirit of the Father who speaks in you."

Both are true. But that does not justify the use of opinion...that is...we are not. Yet the Lord is justified in allowing it, for we deserve the consequences, and what we have meant for evil, He means for good.

Tell me how we can avoid inserting our opinion

I saw this question and thought it was a good one to ask. What is the purpose of debate? What have you learned personally from debating with other Christians? What is your favorite part about debating? What is your least favorite part about debating?

I guess personally I like to read the discussion at times. I don't like what feels like arguing, which I guess is debating.
To either retain or abandon our ideas based on whether they stand the test of scrutiny, which in this case is Biblical scrutiny.

Sadly, it is often the case that once our ideas come up against an irrefutable argument, we circle our intellectual wagons around our cherished belief in an attempt to ward off the attack, rather than just letting the idea die the death it deserves and move out of darkness into the light.

Take for instance a conversation I'm having with CoreIssue.
He believes they'll be a tribulation period after Jesus comes "as a thief in the night" and sneaks into town and sneaks out with the saints and the world gets turned upside down with planes, trains, and automobiles crashing everywhere and loved ones vanish into thin air.

I told him that Peter says when Jesus comes as a thief, the entire world is going to burn up.

CoreIssue actually said "there will be two thief in the night returns of our Lord, with 1007 years separating the two." (Yes, he actually said that...)

So, I said, no way, when Jesus comes back the first time as a thief, everyone will know exactly when He'll come back 1007 years later, just like everyone stood outside waiting for the long-ago predicted Mayan Apocalypse in 12-12-2012.

Did he admit, yes, it does not make sense that the world will be taken by surprise if the world will know exactly when He comes back after the 1007 years? Nope.

No. Read the Bible.

If you knew God's word, you would know mine also.

Well...the word from Paul, is that we "be silent in church." Which means, that only the Holy Spirit speaks, which is what has been foretold for our time; and would mean not everyone with a brain and a bible spouting off, but just those with the gifts of knowledge, preaching, teaching, prophecy, and discernment...and even some of those, limited to history, the scriptures, and the teachings of others, rather than their own. In other words, only that who's source is the Holy Spirit.

You can't quote scriptures that back up your words, can you?
I do read the Bible that is why I am challenging you on this. Your opinions do not confirm scripture.

That is correct. Just like Jesus and the prophets did.

Jesus often quoted verses in the “Bible”, the portion of the bible we now refer to as the old Testament”
Because of these acts, the Rabbis of the time got the Romans to crucify him just to shut Him up.

at least that is the way I remember it

They violated the Scriptures you are referring to. He was a threat.

Their beliefs were so far from the truth they believed he was speaking led by Satan.

How dare he defy their legalism and their rule.

It's what we are saying. But one who is deceived doesn't realize he is deceived. It all looks good to the one who is self-confident.
