The only problem is that when Christians are infected with TDS they have a huge problem.
What they are saying is that they love lawless anarchists and traitors who are all essentially LIARS AND HATERS, above a president who has actually done something to make America great again. They are saying that they would rather have had CROOKED HILLARY in office to betray America, rather than Donald Trump who is a true patriot.
You demonstrate quite well the reason President Trump may not get re-elected. Anyone who disagrees with you or Trump get attacked, called names and vilified. Uh, that's not the way to win friends and influence people. Donald Trump has a solid core of backers, but they won't be enough to get him re-elected. In 2016, he got lots of independents to vote for; and he even got lots of Democrats who were unhappy with their own party and its nominee to vote for him. That's how he won several swing states.
Your kind of talk may be popular among hardcore Trump supporters, but it's not going get other people to vote for him. On the contrary, that kind of talk alienates lots of people. Trump's crude joke about John Dingel might cost him the state of Michigan. Dingel was highly popular there; and suggesting he might be in hell wasn't wise. Trump has other problems getting votes in Michigan so he didn't need another one that wasn't necessary. He won Michigan last time by 0.23%. Biden is currently 7.7% ahead of him. The news from U.S. Steel in December didn't help Trump.
U.S. Steel to cut 1,545 Michigan jobs as weakness overwhelms Trump's protection
U.S. Steel Corp. has now lost much of the ground it gained when President Trump implemented his steel import tariffs less than two years ago.
Back then, Chief Executive David Burritt hailed Trump’s tariffs, and the company responded by restarting two blast furnaces and rehiring steel workers. Now, U.S. Steel is facing harsh scrutiny after delivering a barrage of bad news this week that included idling its giant plant outside Detroit and laying off as many as 1,545 workers.
U.S. steelmakers have faced slowing demand for their products, and U.S. Steel has been particularly hard hit because of aging plants that are less efficient than rivals’ with newer technology. That’s led to a spate of corporate operational initiatives under different names that have shifted multiple times since 2014.
Trump talk show hosts can scream fake news and maybe convince Trump supporters it's fake, but the people who got laid off at U.S. Steel know the truth. I doubt all those steel workers who voted for Trump in 2016 will be voting for him again this year. Maybe he genuinely tried saving steel jobs in Michigan; but he failed. Why trust him again if he makes more promises? U.S. Steel is just one issue for Trump in Michigan.
A similar shift is seen in other swing states. I have two friends who used to be big Trump supporters. Now they don't like him or any of the Democrats. Who knows how they'll vote? I don't, but I know they'll be harder to convince to vote for Trump this year than it was in 2016. They simply don't trust him to keep his word the way they did in 2016. Trump won Pennsylvania by 0.72% in 2016. Biden is now ahead of him by 7%. (I haven't found a poll yet matching Buttigieg against Trump in Pennsylvania. My estimate is Buttigieg by 2%.)
Calling people names won't work. Exaggerating Trump's successes won't work. Come to Pennsylvania and tell the farmers who've gone bankrupt about Trump's successes. Again, many of them voted for Trump in 2016, but it's doubtful they'll vote for him again. Calling them traitors, liars, anarchists and traitors isn't going to get them to vote for Trump.
