I'm reminded of the Monty Python skit where the man is looking to buy an argument with someone. Man, all he had to do was join a church discussion group.

This is great! I hope everyone reads this!

This is a good book, because if you don't keep these in mind, your arguments may fail.
Bad arguments are like a hammer in the face, and no one want's to get hit with a hammer in the face!
Gashmu says so too!
That is, arguments which are offered by others for your point that are not arguments either for or against you.
You can offer either truths, or half-truths.
Posting in a thread means the truths are half-truths!
If you don't accept this, you've been warned!
All these ideas are valid!
No one knows why not, so they are.
No true forum member would disagree with this.
These ideas come from a long line of forums.
Athiest forums think otherwise, do you want to be like them?
People on forums think these things. If you think them you must be on forums too.
You may not want to debate this, but you've debated other things, so there!
Start debating like that, and pretty soon you're going be just intolerable!
Besides, everyone thinks that!
If you don't, you're just a bad person.
Being a bad person, you won't think that, and I know you are a bad person, because you don't think that, because you are bad . . .
But, since the forum is a happy and nice place, all of you are happy and nice also!

Nice book Willie, very profound, well written, and indispensable for such a forum.
We all must remember these principles, for we may even be fooling ourselves, let alone the opponent, with some of them .

I didnt know there was a good argument, someone spoke about reasoning with God, God doesnt reason, "here it is, if you like it good if you dont, well that is why I gave you free will".
