@ScottA,
your teaching is false, and your claims of receiving higher spiritual revelation do not give you authority to contradict God's written Word!
You keep suggesting that Christians who rely on Scripture are somehow resisting the Holy Spirit.
That is nonsense! The Holy Spirit inspired Scripture! Second Peter 1:21 declares that holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. Second Timothy 3:16-17 declares that Scripture is God-given and sufficient to equip us for every good work.
Stop pretending that your private interpretations carry the authority of the Holy Spirit! First John 4:1 commands us to test the spirits, not blindly accept anyone claiming to speak for God.
You also claim Jesus has already returned spiritually through believers.
That is false teaching! Acts 1:11 declares that this same Jesus will return as He ascended, and Revelation 1:7 says,
"Every eye shall see him." Christ dwelling in believers does not fulfill or cancel His promised return.
When asked how someone is saved, you failed to give the plain gospel answer:
"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved" (Acts 16:31). Salvation is by grace through faith, not by keeping commandments (Ephesians 2:8-9).
And stop accusing people of resisting the Holy Spirit simply because they expose your errors with Scripture.
Rejecting your teaching is not rejecting God! It is obeying God.
Paul warned in Galatians 1:8 that even an angel from heaven must be rejected for preaching another gospel. You certainly have no authority to introduce teachings that contradict God's Word.
ScottA, your supposed spiritual revelations cannot overrule Scripture. Stop twisting God's Word to defend your claims.
To everyone reading this: Test what this man teaches against Scripture. Do not follow someone simply because he claims the Holy Spirit revealed something to him.
Jesus warned,
"Take heed that no man deceive you." (Matthew 24:4)
God's Word judges Scott's teaching. Scott's teaching does not judge God's Word.
