A deadly Olive Tree Disease which can affect cherry, plum and almond trees too, is affecting detrimentally such countries as Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece and France. A strain was first seen in Italy in 2013.

I was told of this today, and thought it worth entering here, so that we can be aware and watchful for other such manifestations within creation.

I'm sure this is what you are referring to. Its a disease supposedly spread by insects.

Yeah, those guys, who developed agent orange, that was dumped on Vietnam, killing plant life and people alike with diabetes and cancer. And we are supposed to trust these creatures with our food supply. I trust them about as far as I can throw them.

i.e. also, roundup.... devastating ...

and agent orange? a sprayer in Oklahoma said , until last year, it could be used in the USA !!! (as long as diluted to 10% strength or less) (I had no way to verify this, but it was his job)

Thank you for responding.

This morning I looked in the prophecy of Amos, which was concerning the northern kingdom of Israel. In chapter four God points out to them the extraordinary means He has used in order to cause them to return unto Him. It is worth reading.

God uses Divine irony when He speaks to the northern kingdom of Israel in Amos 4:4 & 5, then in verses 6-13 God reveals the means He has used in an attempt to cause them to return.

In verse 9, He says, ' I have smitten you with blasting and mildew: when your gardens and your vineyards and your fig trees and your olive trees increased, the palmerworm devoured them: yet have ye not returned unto Me, saith the Lord.'
