Hebrews 9.26 shows indeed that it's the blood of Christ that purges the conscience, not water. Ephesians 5.26 speaks of 'the washing of water by the word', which is about the cleansing effect of the Scriptures, not about water baptism.

There ya go folks. The water folks equate water with the HOLY Blood of Jesus! It's blasphemy!

Those who equate water baptism with the Blood of Jesus will burn in Hell!
To contact the blood of Jesus one must teach (Rom. 6:3-6) correctly.
It is in a burial in water that the believer is BAPTIZED INTO THE DEATH OF CHRIST.
This is how (and where) one contacts the blood.(Mark 16:16) (Acts 2:38,47 ; 8;5,12,13,26-40 ; 22:16)
Blood only can forgive sins. (Mt.26:28) (Eph.1:7) (Col.1:14) (Rev.1:5)
The question is, When does the blood wash away our sins? (Acts 22:16) (Mark 16:16)
Ummm no. to "contact the Blood of Jesus" we only need to believe in Him. Your church lied to you.
In Bulgaria they answer YES and NO by shaking their head opposite of the way we do in the USA.
If an American went to Bulgaria he might say they had it wrong.

I have to admit that you are the first one I have seen say this so I have not had the opportunity to study this in-depth so I will let it go through to the keeper as I am not well versed enough to address the issue.
