You think a guy who praises George Washington seizing airports, suggests injecting disinfectant into your body, forgets what his friend Rudy Giuliani looks like, wanders off at a document signing, and has to be retrieved to sign it, and has difficulty drinking from a cup is "mentally deficient?" Yeah I'll have to agree with you on that.

10. Trump will steal the Elections.

Secondly systemic racism is not one person or a couple of people being racist or abusing their authority in government because they are racist. That is a leftist construct. Systemic racism is a governmental system that is built specifically to abuse people of color. Like the Jim Crow laws. A single officer abusing his authority on a person strictly based upon the person's skin color is exhibiting personal racial bias. He is not exhibiting a bias of the system itself. Unless the system is specifically biased. Police are a part of the Justice System. Jim Crow laws were part if the Justice system and we're specifically biased against black people. And police who enforced those laws were showing systemic racism.

Since that is no longer a part of the system, police cannot exhibit systemic racism. They can exhibit personal racism. And when they do, they should be disciplined or fired.

And you believe a lot of doctors, lawyers, plumbers, etc. Are racist? How many are a lot? What's the percentage of "a lot?"
