I think their point is that if only the Son knows it, then the Father would not be omniscient.
It is actually the opposite. If the Father is the only one who knows it, and the Son doesn't, then the Son isn't Omniscient.

Just so you know never in a million years would I believe in oneness heresy. You can say it over and over until you are blue in the face but my mind would never reject the truth in exchange for a lie.Jesus is the Lord in your estimation correct? if He is not, then you don't have the Holy Ghost (1 Corinthians 12:3 (kjv)).
Now there is one Lord (Ephesians 4:5), even the Father (Matthew 11:25, Luke 10:21).
This same one Lord is the Lord of heaven and earth, even Jesus (1 Corinthians 8:6).
Now, all you have to do is put two and two together and you will come up with the right thinking on the matter.

I am preaching the Trinity here.Just so you know never in a million years would I believe in oneness heresy. You can say it over and over until you are blue in the face but my mind would never reject the truth in exchange for a lie.
hope this helps !!!
Please define the Trinity.I am preaching the Trinity here.
If you will never stop being a Tritheist, and this is your avowed stance, then there is not much hope for you.
Even the creeds show forth that if someone rejects the Trinity for Tritheism, they will be lost in eternity.
You also have to ignore the scriptures that I have set forth in support of my pov for the rest of your life.Just so you know never in a million years would I believe in oneness heresy. He self limited His divine prerogatives via the Incarnation as per Phil 2. In other words did not use them to His advantage but was in submission to the Father for 33 years to accomplish our salvation. All the FULLNESS of DEITY dwells in bodily form. Col 2:9. Jesus was and is fully God lacking nothing in His Deity. How about if you start us all off with your exegesis of the text?
Much love!

my succinct version :)
This (and many other passages) are properly presented in the King James Bible, which says: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:..who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped...
I think you are misunderstanding the NASB.This (and many other passages) are properly presented in the King James Bible, which says: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
This happens to be one verse where there is no difference between the Received Text and the Critical Text.
Stephanus Textus Receptus 1550
ὃς ἐν μορφῇ θεοῦ ὑπάρχων οὐχ ἁρπαγμὸν ἡγήσατο τὸ εἶναι ἴσα θεῷ
Westcott and Hort / [NA27 variants]
ὃς ἐν μορφῇ θεοῦ ὑπάρχων οὐχ ἁρπαγμὸν ἡγήσατο τὸ εἶναι ἴσα θεῷ,
However, there is quite a difference in how ἁρπαγμὸν (harpagmon) has been translated, since it can mean one of two things:
Thayer's Greek Lexicon
STRONGS NT 725: ἁρπαγμός
ἁρπαγμός, ἁρπαγμου, ὁ (ἁρπάζω);
1. the act of seizing, robbery (so Plutarch, de book educ. c. 15 (others 14, 37), vol. 2:12 a. the only instance of its use noted in secular authors).
2. a thing seized or to be seized, booty: ἁρπαγμόνἡγεῖσθαι τί to deem anything a prlze — a thing to be seized upon or to be held fast, retained, Philippians 2:6
Even though Thayer applies the second meaning, the King James Bible correctly gives us the first meaning, which is theologically correct. For Christ, it was not robbery to be equal with God, because He Himself is God, and the Father calls Him God.
But when we see it in the NASV, it changes the meaning of who Christ is. It gives the impression that Jesus was WRONGFULLY trying to be equal with God ("equality with God a thing to be grasped", which is not rightfully His), therefore in His humanity he divested Himself of His deity. Thus the Kenosis theory came into existence.
"The term kenosis refers to the doctrine of Christ’s “self-emptying” in His incarnation". But Christ did NOT empty Himself of His divine attributes. But He did set aside His divine privileges and prerogatives. BIG DIFFERENCE.
I think the idea there is that equality with God wouldn't be something Jesus stole if He had asserted it, being God, but instead didn't, instead taking on humanity, a body made of flesh.I think you are misunderstanding the NASB.
Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus, 6 who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, 7 but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men.
Even through Christ existed in the form of God He did not regard equality with God something that He needed to reach for or grasp. Why because it was already His and never gave that up for a millisecond.
Phil 2:5-8
In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus:
6 Who, being in very nature God,
did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage;
7 rather, he made himself nothing
by taking the very nature of a servant,
being made in human likeness.
8 And being found in appearance as a man,
he humbled himself
by becoming obedient to death—
even death on a cross!
NIV

7 but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men.
8 Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.
NASB
Actually Scripture says no such thing. Quite the opposite. Here is one example from John 1:43-50:To be truthful to scripture Jesus was not all knowing and omnipresent while on earth.
