Homer Ga.
I get my lessons from the Bible.
2 Tim 3 All Scripture is God breathed ...

Matthew 13:40-42 (NKJV)
40 Therefore as the tares are gathered and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of this age. 41 The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, 42 and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

No you don't. The Bibke is what you study. It doesn't give lessons. If one doesn't know how to study they're not going to get far

Sorry, but all of our English Bibles say you're wrong.
Matthew 5:22 (NKJV)
22 Whoever says, 'You fool!' shall be in danger of hell fire.

And Jesus' words show you're wrong. Now, who do think knew koine Greek better?
Certainly not you.

Hell will be filled with those who don't believe in Hell.
Jude 1:7 (NKJV)
7 as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them in a similar manner to these, having given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

So Sodom is still burning?

I told you(I think it was you...lol), that we can only seek alternative meanings when it is impossible to understand the first glance meaning.

This is what I mean.

You know what I mean?

Okay, so to keep the Bible the Bible, we must seek to vindicate what we read per literal meanings, so we don't end up starting new religions.
For cryin' out loud Truther, is Luke 16:19–31 an allegory, or not? Just a 'yes' will suffice.

Obviously it's not because they're not dead. Read what it says. They are worshiping the beast. That's not hell. That takes place during the Tribulation. Study the book rather than just proof texting a passage.
They were resurrected from the dead.

I never said that at all. I just mentioned the "eternal fire" that the NT refers to several times.
Matthew 25:46 (NKJV)
46 And these will go away into everlasting punishment,
You do realize that if the punishment is destruction, and God promises no repairs, then that punishment must be everlasting right?

After all that?
...you're out of your flippin' mind!
For saying the rich man with 5 brothers, Lazarus and Abraham are NOT in a fictitious play in Jesus' mind as you depict?

There would be no need for the word "everlasting".
Rev 20 They will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

Who is tormented forever? If you are infusing your presumption into that text to include men, then why should anyone trust you to know what forever means?
Well it's for sure some will be "tormented day and night forever and ever". Yes, God will do it!

That text says the devil, the false prophet, and the beast will, yes. ( Revelation 20:10)
The beast is obviously a symbol for something/someone else. The false prophet is also a beast (Revelation 13:11; 16:13). Do you know what beasts are symbols of?
