If we view the devil through a different lens, would this make him good? How about murder? Or any other evil?

What God says is evil....is....evil. No perspective changes what God has declared.

That God causes all things (even bad things) to work together for our good....not that all things are good if we perceive them as being good.

She was talking about using an occult practice to relax and exercise. The question is can this occult practice be completely divorced from its true origin and meaning. I've heard ex-Hindus say that it cannot, that someone who uses Yoga in any way opens themselves up to demonic oppression.

Don't take my word for it. Listen to a former yogi.

OK, I see you believe that, I don't. I mean really, do you expect me to think that if I move or bend a certain way I'm opening myself up to the occult and practicing yoga. This is what you believe? That anyone, who exercises in a way that mimics a yoga move is practicing the occult?

Yeah,.. it's an exercise,.. honestly!! This girl mentions the occult with a drop of a hat though so besides the fact that she is now on ignore,.. I've learned to grow a thicker skin about it.

I listened to what you said. But in all honesty I already know your feelings regarding Yoga. But I usually only take in credible sources, and I'm not sure I would consider a video like that a credible source.

Okay,.. I only watched thirty seconds of the first video so far and that is nowhere near what I'm talking about LOL there's no "magic crystals" in Yoga and a huge marine like creature. XDD I apologize for laughing but Yoga is about relax meditation,.. not any of this nonsense.

My posts weren't about Guidance towards God, it was about memory regression and recovery of one's past from emotional trauma. The bible also doesn't spell out medical practices that are used today. Does that mean Jesus doesn't support medicines. Or psychiatric and psychology? And I get my ideas about God from the Bible mostly.

Yes, I do condemn Yogo as an occult practice that opens a person to demonic influence. You can do what you want to do, but if you're wise, you'll listen to these former yogis. They know what they're talking about.

Me thinks you need to listen to more than 30 seconds. She talks about the Yoga poses, etc.

My ex-wife once had a sleep over with a friend that was a Buddhist. And she made fun of her Buddhist religion, and when she woke up she had a bloody nose and knew that it was because she made fun of Buddhist people. She was sure of it. Experiences are a mixed bag of nuts. But yeah this is a Christian site. I like prayer and meditation though. Which is something we're taught in the 12 step program. And I see nothing wrong with that, especially if it involves God.

That's a highlight from the video, somewhere near the bottom of the rabbit hole. She started Yoga innocently to help with her pregnancy. I know they are long videos, I watched one all over again because it is such such a wonderful testimony. But if you can't be bothered...
