Meh.

Notice how GerhardEbersoehn throws insults and ad-hominems? That is what a loser of a debate often does.

GerhardEbersoehn has nothing to defend his position, thus he resorts to childish tactics. Sad.

So many claim to be "christians", yet they tack on an insult before and after just about every post they make...

You're confused, your ideas run amok with you like a confusion of wildebeest. Chapter 2 summarises in RETROSPECT in chiasmic form. It is no chronological correction of chapter 2. God isn't confused; you are!

Not only does it make them look bad, but the reader is less likely to take their argument seriously.

Everybody has a defensive mechanism.
There are a lot of different belief systems in this forum.
It's difficult to tread gently without offending any.
Gerhard can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe his beef with me was I mentioned God sleeping on the seventh day, but Jesus actually came to finish the work by healing on the sabbath.
Then there are the sunday only and the anyday is good. The Lord give to you what he needs you to have at whatever point your at in time.
I myself support the Sabbath as a specific devoted day, however I do realize that I rest in Him everyday.
Sometimes God's let you have the cake AND eat it too.. :)

You know it's all good.
Patience is a virtue.. and I'm learning... slowly... but I'm getting better at it with practice. :D

And ‘in the cool of the day’?
Genesis 3:8 And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God amongst the trees of the garden.

In my mind I had it backwards thinking it said ‘and they heard the voice of the Lord walking in the garden in the heat of the day’: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God... until looking it up.
I believe the introduction of the word 'cool' is a subtle hint at something much more monumental than most would realize.

After the Fall of Adam and his Wife, something about the world they existed in had drastically changed. So much so that the concept of temperature has now been introduced into the Garden.

In other words, the entire Universe fell from a 'Spirit' type existence, to the 'Physical' existence we all live in now. Along with the Fall, came the hot and cold extremes that we all now have to suffer through.

Here is another subtle hint at what happened in the Garden...

The word 'cool' is used only one other time in the KJV...

Luke 16:24
"And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame."

Adam and Eve were experiencing Hell from their guilt and shame.

While we are on this subject, I may as well expand on the meaning of this verse...

Genesis 1:27
"So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them."

But wait Base12... I thought you said Man was created on the Third Day. This verse is from the Sixth Day. What gives? Was Man created twice??!?!?

Why yes! Yes they were. For you see...

God originally created two beings called Adam and Ishshah...

Genesis 2:23
"And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man."

Ishshah is translated as 'Woman'. Thus, the first Adam's Wife was named Ishshah.

Unfortunately, Adam and Ishshah *DIED* after partaking of the Forbidden Fruit. And when I say died, I mean they were toast. They were worm food. They had no pulse. They were 'no longer' they were deceased, they were demised, they were passed on, they expired, they...

God had to then re-create them on the Sixth Day. Thus, the re-created Adam (who's name stayed the same) had to give a new name to the re-created Ishshah...

Genesis 3:20
"And Adam called his wife’s name Eve; because she was the mother of all living."

Eve is called 'Mother of All Living' because her newly re-created body now has a Womb in it. Her old body did not.

Now, some of you may be thinking... Adam and Eve didn't die! That is because you were lied to.

You were told that in the following verse, 'Day' doesn't mean Day and that 'Surely Die' doesn't mean Surly Die...

Genesis 2:17
"But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die."

You were told that Day means 'hundreds of years' or even 'whatever length of time you want it to mean'. You were also told that 'Surely Die' means 'Spiritually Die'.

Did you know that by using the phrase 'Spiritually Died', it is the same as saying God lied?

When you teach that Adam and Eve 'Spiritually Died', what you are really teaching is that they DIDN'T DIE, and that the Serpent was correct...

Genesis 3:4
"And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:"

;)

Gen 1 through 2:3 is the first logical break of Scripture. Notice God as creator is always referred to simply as "God." This feature is not common in Scripture.

Next (Gen 2:4) is a brief poetic block of another significance. Notice "heavens and earth," then "earth and heavens." And from this block forward he's referred to as "LORD God."

Some folks here may not realize the difference being of enormous significance in Scripture between "Lord" and LORD in all caps, the latter being more common. When most translations render the text as the name LORD in all caps it signifies the name YHWH (Yahweh: or in anglo-saxon, Jehovah). The first time human beings began calling on that name is noted at the very end of Ch 4 (that's the historical record although Scripture itself refers to him by that name as early as the second chapter).

Going back to chapter one, first it's upsetting that few people ever hallow when the Scripture says, "behold." Whenever I get a chance to preach, I always call out, "when the Scripture says, 'behold,' you behold!"

So God begins to bless them in vv. 27-28, then in v. 29 he says, "Behold, I have given you every plant bearing seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food." Stop there...

He tells you to have dominion over his creatures and over the earth. Then he tells you how. If you fail to use the singular thing he gave you, the seed, and you say you can see, sorry friend. You have a rude awakening.

Hello brothers and friends

I STOP! at Genesis 1, the beginning of all things, and the most important : Genesis is the revelation of the wonderful Plan of God of restoration or restitution of all things, after the rebellion and fall of the sons of God in the Garden of Eden.

Genesis 1:1- In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

First point: Making an true interpretation of the verse, IN FACT what God revealed to Moses in Gen.1:v.1 is that He, God, the Word, "In JESUS He created the heavens and the earth". Now see: Through / by JESUS -God-the Word- created the 1st, and 2nd, and 3rd heavens, and the heaven of the heavens.

Heaven? In what heaven are we living today, my friends? What do you understand reading Ephesians 1:v.3 and Philippians 3:v.20-21, for examples? Yeah, in what heaven are we living at this time of the seventh biblical period? Remember: Paul, Apostle, was caught up to the third heaven, right? So, in what heaven are we living now, at the present time, according Scriptures?

The next point I will reveal unto you, my friends, it will be exceendingly hard for you to believe, that is, the creation of earth. See, the things revealed by God to Moses in Genesis are around 6000 years ago, no more. Said this, the earth here, in Genesis 1:v.1, revealed by the Most High God to Moses, refers not to the globe or planet Earth, absolutely. In fact, speaking of the earth to Moses, around 3,500 years ago, in this case, in this revelation given to Moses, God was speaking of ISRAEL, yeah, ISRAEL, the CLAY, the DRY LAND, whose nation would be born FROM GOD, it would be made by God and Moses, yeah, Moses, from the seed of Abraham, was born to work in this wonderful and great plan of God.

Genesis is the wonderful Plan of God for restoration or restitution of all things-Ac ts 3:v.19-26.

Explaining:
Analyzing this revelation more deeply. First we must understand that God revealed this great plan to Moses around 2,500 years after Adam, in other words, after past two and half Days. JESUS or the NAME of JESUS had not be known yet and it was not really revealed through Moses, the name of JESUS would be revealed by God in the fourth Day. But JESUS was working with God since the first Day, I mean the Most High God and Almighty was not alone. God dictated for Moses to write (and Moses wrote) the Genesis saying: "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." Now, the Most High God meant that in /by/through JESUS He created the heavens and earth. JESUS was and is the Heir of God, by whom the Most High also made the worlds. All things were made by JESUS; and without JESUS was not any thing made that was made.

Note that when God revealed His plan of creation to Moses, it around 2,500 years after Adam, the Most High had made many works in these two Days and half. And from Moses until today has passed more 3,500 years or three Days and half. Now, even now, we are living in the first century of the seventh and last millennium, or seventh and last Day, that is the Day of the Lord, and God Father entered in His rest as He had planned in the beginning of His works 6,000 years ago.

This seventh and last Day or seventh and last millennium, it is the the Day of the Lord, and the Day of Judgment, the Judgment Seat of Christ, and the Day of Vengeance. The resurrection of the dead was determined to occur on this seventh and last Day. Daniel 12:1-4 .

So, which is it? This is clearly a contradiction that must be resolved.
Firstly, there aren't contradictions. You're faithless if you hold that there are. There are apparent contradictions that are to be reconciled. What you're offering is not a reconciliation, it's a preference for one school of thought against another and it doesn't serve the kingdom of God.

The fact is, chapter one does not contradict chapter two. You haven't, as you say, understood what I'm saying about the authors use of the term field. It has nothing to do with farm-anything. It has to do with open space, generally flat, vs. contoured places--hills and sloped areas. Flora thrive where water flows, WHICH EXCLUDES FIELDS (WIDE OPEN SPACES). Chapter 2 specifies ONLY the absence of plant-life in wide open spaces, translated "the field."

Please don't comment if you won't read this carefully.

Count the glitches, I highlighted them in red, four in three 'sentences' of <insult and ad-hominem>.

Unendurable nonsense this oke finds entertaining the hedonistic entirety of his skull capacity.

Reading your considerations above, it is no surprise, for the corruption of the sons of God started in the garden of Eden. There was a great population in Eden, all were sons of God, and there was a ruler, an annointed Cherub, and the corruption begun with him. Isaiah 14:v.12-15 and Ezekiel 28:v.13-15, among others, reveal who was the Cherub God's Garden ruler. The former Cherub and his followers rebelled against God, starting a process of corruption of Gods' sons since Eden.

The corruption revealed by God to Moses in the chapter 6:v.1-5, it occurred around 1.550 years after the rebellion in Eden.

There are seven Biblical periods,
six of them have closed by complete. We just entered in the seventh and last Biblical period, and many things will happen on the Earth from now on, many will be terrible. The END is at door. See the time table below as a proof, based in Scriptures:

Based in the Word of God, the source of the Truth, on God's six days of creation and one Day of rest (a total of seven days) plus the Scriptures that teach that one Day is with the Lord as a thousand years
(Psalm 90:4; II Pet. 3:8; Heb. 4:4) so MANKIND will go through six God days of 1,000 years each (a total of 6,000 years) plus a Millennium of 1,000 years rest (now a total of 7,000 years).

In accord biblical Chronology, we can number our days, beginning in Genesis chap.5, as follow:

Adam lived ….......................................................130 yrs and begat Seth
Seth lived ...........................................................105 yrs and begat Enosh;
Enosh lived ..........................................................90 yrs and begat Kenan;
Kenan lived...........................................................70 yrs and begat Mahalalel;
Mahalalel lived ....................................................65 yrs and begat Jared;
Jared lived .........................................................162 yrs and begat Enoch;
Enoch lived ..........................................................65 yrs and begat Methuselah;
Methuselah lived................................................187 yrs and begat Lamech;
Lamech lived .....................................................182 yrs and begat Noah;
From Noah´s birth until the Flood....................600 yrs.
Total of yrs from Adam to the Flood.........;.. 1,656 yrs.

I work with the Word of God. Notice that the timetable above is proved by the Word of God, it is not of human theories or human speculations. Let us study the times until our days not by human theories and speculations, but by the own Word of God.

That said, knowing that the flood occurred around 1656 years of the creation (the starting of restoration of all things), then less 100 years of construction of Ark, we get to 1550 years. In this time-after 1550 years of God's work- God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually, that is, time in which God called Noah, whose man God made be born- Genesis 5:v.29- for a special work of salvation through the Ark.

By the way, remember that the LORD Jesus, the KING of kings and LORD of lords, left very clear revealing as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Be careful or get ready, the punishment is inevitable, fatal.

By the spirit of discernment, it can be seen how a dialogue between two spirits of darkness is.

Matthew 8: v.28-32

28 And when JESUS was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way.

29 And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time? (Note: at that time was "before the time", but now, in the current time, they will be TORMENTED for everlasting time.)

30 And there was a good way off from them an herd of many swine feeding.

31 So the devils besought him, saying, If thou cast us out, suffer us to go away into the herd of swine.

32 And he said unto them, Go. And when they were come out, they went into the herd of swine: and, behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters.

Yeah, the swines perished in the waters really, the swines died, but the legion of demons within them no, and there they are for now.
