If you believe he lied...it may be you do not understand him.

He claimed to have lied after having done so...and used it as an opportunity to tout his doctrine that you can live in utter rebellion against the Lord and still be saved.

If he did Lie...it was between man and man and only a Trespass, having Nothing whatsoever to do with his relationship with the Lord God.

All liars shall have their part in the lake of fire (Revelation 21:8).

Personally, I enjoy music that is edifying and that honours and glorifies the Lord. I could listen to "Fleetwood Mac" or "The Rolling Stones" if I wanted to...but that has all the appeal to me of a Drano Enema...

My gosh ! You “DO” have a sense of humor! Now—- get your OWN stuff! Lol....

This is basically the "other 9" argument and it means that the law and the prophets don't hang from the 2 great commandments as Christ said--they've fallen off.
Let me put it another way. There is so much more to being like Christ than is described in the Law and the Prophets. The Law and the Prophets, this is how I see it, are the barest starting point. They are a beginners step, but that only. They are for a child.

The fulness will never be found in the Law and the Prophets, the fulness will only be found in Jesus Christ. The Law and the Prophets are like the shadows cast by Christ. And when fills us, do we run after His shadow?

Love fulfills the Law not for the sake of fulfilling the law, it just does. The fulfilling of the law is not our mission. Our mission is to fulfill the Law of Christ, which is by faith in Him we love others.

Much love!

Throughout history governments enact laws that reflect their ideology and/or worldview... The character of the ruling power.
Jesus is the Lawgiver. Those laws reflect Who He is. They are a written transcript of His character and the nature of the government in heaven. So when e day we are conformed into the likeness of Jesus, we are speaking synonymously with His laws. Those laws are observed so long as we do two things... Surrender ourselves to the work of the holy Spirit in our lives, Christ in us, the Hope of glory... Love in us shed abroad everywhere, is in harmony with the law, for love is the fulfillment of the law. Second, we surrender to His authority. We confess He has all the rights in the universe to exercise and expect His authority to be honored. Our agreement, our heartfelt acceptance of His Lordship over every part of our life, gives heaven all the open invitation it requires to make us law keepers. To be made like Christ.
My understanding is that in Christ we find so much more than is contained in Laws.

I would have to say that the Law is a partial reflection, more a shadow, which shows a shape, a form, but lacking the detail. The Sabbath itself is called a shadow cast by Jesus. We find our fulness in Him.

Much love!

We have a lot to learn. But it seems this is not a concern to a church that only looks at the legal aspects of being sinless, not the practical aspect of being sinless. I don't think the church even cares about that anymore.
It sounds like you need a new church.

I come across this discussion sometimes, where someone is basically defining the entire "Christian church" by their own experiences in it. Or by their perceptions of those who call themselves Christian but really aren't. Or by some other broad brush generalization.

It sounds like an invented problem, a church "that only looks at the legal aspects of being sinless", that you've joined the forum to fix. You are surrounded by people - here - who tell you about the power of God's grace over sin. The power of a resurrected life.

This is a real life you can live by trusting Jesus.

Much love!

No unbeliever will inherit the kingdom of God. It doesn't matter if you stopped believing or never believed.
I can only wonder why you continue to hammer on this obvious point, in what is essentially preaching to the choir. Or is it in reality beating your fellow servants? That is how it seems to me.

You hammer and hammer and hammer about, Don't let your OSAS fool ya'!!

You say . . . "it doesn't matter if you stopped believing or never believed", but you are on entirely the wrong path here.

You are right. If you die in unbelief, it doesn't matter what you thought you might have believed. But that's not the point.

You must be born again. Unless you are born again, it doesn't matter what your views about God are.

Much love!

It sounds good but:

John 3
1There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. 2This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.”

3Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

4Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?”

5Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. 6That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ 8The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”

9Nicodemus answered and said to Him, “How can these things be?”

10Jesus answered and said to him, “Are you the teacher of Israel, and do not know these things?

You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me. (John 5:39)

Luke 24
25Then He said to them, “O foolish ones, and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken! 26Ought not the Christ to have suffered these things and to enter into His glory?” 27And beginning at Moses and all the Prophets, He [g]expounded to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself.

There were no organized New Testament scriptures for at least 100 years after the time these things happened. But Jesus expected Nicodemus, the teacher of teachers in Israel, to understand regeneration! From the Old Testament!!

All liars shall have their part in the lake of fire (Revelation 21:8).

lol you remind me of the Pharisees, Have you ever lied or you try and justify it by yes but not since last time....For a self-professed teacher your dividing of Scripture worries me...look at the verse in context, Verse 5 Behold, I make all things new. verse 6 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. verse 7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. Now keep in mind there is no condemnation for those that are in Christ. Verse 8 describes the ones in hell, Because they have rejected Gods Offer of Grace through Jesus sacrifice and are judged as sinners, They are judged for there sins so that is what they are....it is not a verse to throw around in judgment of Christians

...it’s REST in the Gospel Of 1Cor 15:1-4 or be Guilty Of UNBELIEF ...
And resting in the gospel is signified by the new life, resisting and struggling with sin, not purposely living in it. And still living comfortably in your old life shows you are in unbelief and won't be saved when Jesus comes back, but Free Grace teaching will make sure you are deceived and think you're saved, nevertheless.

Don’t you think my “ Doctrine “ is “ Sound” ?....... Do you think my Doctrine was inspired by Satan —custom - made for “ itchy ears”
That's not the part that's itching the ears of unbelievers. It's the part about being able to purposely sin in this life and still enter into the kingdom when Jesus comes back. Purposely living in sin is unbelief. Unbelievers don't get to enter into the kingdom at the return of Christ.

"...he will boast, saying, ‘I have peace though I walk in the stubbornness of my heart in order to destroy the watered land with the dry.’ 20“The LORD shall never be willing to forgive him, but rather the anger of the LORD and His jealousy will burn against that man..." Deuteronomy 29:19-20

"26For if we go on sinning willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, 27but a terrifying expectation of judgment and THE FURY OF A FIRE WHICH WILL CONSUME THE ADVERSARIES. 28Anyone who has set aside the Law of Moses dies without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. 29How much severer punishment do you think he will deserve who has trampled under foot the Son of God, and has regarded as unclean the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and has insulted the Spirit of grace?" Hebrews 10:26-29

Jesus has done HIS part and now you must do YOUR part with “ clean living”
You must continue to believe to be saved when Jesus comes back. That is your part. To not live in clean living is to live in unbelief and in a denial of Christ. You probably did not know that the very first OSAS teaching taught this. It taught that living in sin was the sign you were never really saved to begin with. Then somewhere along in the 90's I think, people started teaching that even the sin of denying Christ in unbelief is covered by grace for the person who believed in Christ somewhere in the past. They put John's teaching to the curb that says the unrepentant person living in sin is not born again.

They think they will be Judged and be Judged “ fit for Heaven” because they “ kept the Law “ or “ kept the sermon on the Mount.”
Because they 'upheld' the law is a better way to say it. That's the word Paul uses, but we get what you mean. We aren't saved because we uphold the law. We uphold the law because we have faith....

Romans 3:31
31Do we, then, nullify the law by this faith? Certainly not! Instead, we uphold the law (by this faith).

That's why not upholding the law shows a person to not have faith, and why they will be judged as an unbeliever by Christ when he returns. While the person who did uphold the law shows them to have had love for Christ and faith in God in this life, and so they will be judged as a believer and will go into the kingdom at the return of Christ.

Fools have “ itchy ears” , and Anybody that Rests in Paul’s gospel is no Fool...
You know that you are resting in Paul's gospel by if you have a faith that upholds the law. The fool is the one who thinks the faith that does not uphold the law is going to save him when Jesus returns. James and John taught the same thing. Dead faith won't save you.

"9Anyone born of God refuses to practice sin, because God’s seed abides in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God." 1 John 3:9

...that Gospel is what God is going to use to judge him by....no, he is not a fool—- he is prepared! I know that I am prepared to meet God ! How about you ?
How do you know? Let's compare your answer with how the Bible says you know you're prepared to meet God.

Don't you understand that BB's Free Grace teaching says even the sin of going back to unbelief is covered by grace for the person who once believed? Haven't you understood this all along?
