So strange. Thank you for focusing upon "how things and how I personally seem to be" according to your intuition and emotions.
In Scripture, Jesus never welcomed visitors, never stated "I love you to" to an individual but only to groups of followers, never complimented anyone for their social niceties, never chatted with pro forma small talk, never joked around with guys, never made compromising concessions, never said anyone was "special."
Jesus spoke blunt facts, immediately identified the core of all issues, corrected every spiritual error within His People, constantly made axiomatic statements, caused people to depart from their own trivia, spoke as no other man, winnowed talkers from doers, revealed the limits of feigned Godliness, told people they could take it or leave it.
I have tarnished nothing. A person's Salvation through Christ and their placement in The Kingdom of God will not in any manner be affected by comments from someone else.
Perfect and sinless Eve in The Garden decided to rebel against God because of her gender oriented desire to be "special" beyond what God had provided for her. The desires to be "special" drives all people who are not satisfied in their completeness through Christ.
