Hammerstone I understand but if you look at most of the symbols got changes today and then go back to the meaning of when first came out. I thing necklace or picture arent bad because if just simple reminders. I am not talking everyday reminders but simple as if you are going through a hard day or something bad happen at moment. Then going to what people think about me. Well, I really don't care because not their job to judge me and if they want to know why I am wearing. They can just come up and ask me and I will say "I wear this because reminds of Jesus 5 wounds and his blood clean my soul. So, I can get to Heaven." If I am wearing it and doesn't seem like God is with me because of it. Yes, I will take it off but I don't believe iteams can bring demons to you. I only thing what bring demon is people sins.

Hammerstone is right about the Swastika.
Even Coca-Cola actually used it in its advertising at one time.

Wayne, if you want to wear the Pentragram, wear it. But I find it strange that you feel the need to work so hard to convince people that it is acceptable.

The simple fact is this:

The vast, vast, vast (did I mention 'vast') majority of people you come across are going to see you wearing it and IMMEDIATELY associate you with just the opposite of Christianity.

And since you will likely only speak with a very, very small fraction of those people, the majority will be left thinking you are more of a satan supporter than a child of Christ.

The bottom line is this: By wearing that symbol you are likely to have less opportunities to witness on Christ's behalf than more.

wayne i believe like you do with the exception of why i do it. you do it out of ignorance where i stand upon scripture. the word teaches that everything come from God because satan cannot create but twists what God created to serve his purpose. for example music is not evil in and of itself but what determines whether something is good or evil depends on how it is used. music is used to praise and worship God but it is also used to praise and worship the things of the devil. there is country music that sings about adultry, greif, and ect. what we hear or allow to rule over us is become part of us. why do you think the word teaches that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God? it is because this principle works for everthing we do and not just for the bible. the bible is full of principles that can be used by saved and unsaved alike. some more principles that work both ways are Joy comes when you think on the Good things, whatever your mind dwells on that will you do, and ect. halloween and pentagram are in and of themselves not wrong but it depends on how they are used. at our church we have a christian costum party where kids can go to have fun and learn about God.

which is one reason i do not do things like that around other people because like paul i do not want to be the cause of anyone stumbling but in my own house or when by myself i do not have they restrictions. each one of us need to know what God wants us to do or not to do. each person is different. for instance i cannot play video games because when i do i get caught up in them. i used to play games whether on the computer or video games for over 12 hours a day and it took prsidence over everything even God. so God showed me that i had to quit the games completely and now i have no more cravings for the games much at all anymore. but when i went back to play a few games thinking i was over that challenge i started to fall right back into the habit so i gave up games again totally. so unless God is convicting you or you ask God to show you what you need to give up and God shows you then it is up to your judgement. people and christians especially like to think that because they do it a certain way that if anyone else is doing it different that they are wrong. this attitude is called religion or hypocritical..

1 – Represents absolute singleness and unity (Ephesians 4:4–6; John 17:21, 22.)

2 – Represents the truth of God’s Word; for example, the law and prophets (John 1:45), two or three witnesses (2 Corinthians 13:1), and a sword with two edges (Hebrews 4:12). See Mark 6:7 and Revelation 11:3. It is also used 21 times in the books of Daniel and Revelation.

3 – Represents the Godhead / Trinity. The angels cry “Holy” three times to the triune God (Isaiah 6:3). See also Matthew 28:19 and 1 John 5:7, 8. Note also that things such as the atom are tied together as a proton, neutron, and electron. And that a family is represented as a father, mother, and the children.

4 – The number of the earth - There will be four emperors to lead Germany for example. The Nazi's were the third riech... The antichrist will be the fourth.

5 – This is the number of angels. The pentegram has five sides. We are commanding in scripture to stay away from this sort of thing.

6 – Represents the worship of man, and is the number of man, signifying his rebellion, imperfection, works, and disobedience. It is used 273 times in the Bible, including its derivatives (e.g, sixth) and another 91 times as “threescore” or “60.” Man was created on the sixth day (Genesis 1:26, 31). See also Exodus 31:15 and Daniel 3:1. The number is especially significant in the book Revelation, as “666” identifies the beast. “Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six” (Revelation 13:18).

7 – Represents perfection, and is the sign of God, divine worship, completions, obedience, and rest. The “prince” of Bible numbers, it is used 562 times, including its derivatives (e.g., seventh, sevens). (See Genesis 2:1–4, Psalm 119:164, and Exodus 20:8–11 for just a few of the examples.)

10 – Represents law and restoration. Of course, this includes the Ten Commandments found in Exodus 20. See also Matthew 25:1 (ten virgins); Luke 17:17 (ten lepers); Luke 15:8 (healing, ten silver coins).

12 – Represents the church and God’s authority. Jesus had 12 disciples, and there were 12 tribes of Israel. In Revelation 12:1, the 24 elders and 144,000 are multiples of 12. The New Jerusalem city has12 foundations, 12 gates 12 thousand furlongs, a tree with 12 kinds of fruit 12 times a year eaten by 12 times 12,000 or the 144,000. (See Revelation 21.)

40 – Represents a generation and times of testing. It rained for 40 days during the flood. Moses spent 40 years in the desert, as did the children of Israel. Jesus fasted for 40 days.

50 – Represents power and celebration. The Jubilee came after the 49th year (Leviticus 25:10), and Pentecost occurred 50 days after Christ’s resurrection (Acts 2).

70 – Represents human leadership and judgment. Moses appointed 70 elders (Exodus 24:1); The Sanhedrin was made up of 70 men. Jesus chose 70 disciples (Luke 10:1). Jesus told Peter to forgive 70 times 7.

where did you get this from? i know about this stuff because the word teaches that in these end times we will be given dreams and visions(act 2:16-18). if dreams and visions are a last days language then we need to know how to interpret them. that is where numbers, colors, objects, and ect each have their own meaning and it is nice to be able to understand and realize the jist of what is being shown us by God or if it is a dream not of God. i don't agree with all your stated meaning of the numbers but the idea behind what you post is correct but you need to remember that numbers have a positive and negative meaning. and interpreting them the correct way is required. for example lets look at the number 5.

5 stands for grace or servant bondage
positive-Grace:redemption:serve: works:service
negative-bondage(including debt, sickness, phobias and ect): addictions: law: taxes:prison: sin: motion

the pentagram according to wayne is to be interpreted in the positive not the negative. also we as christians should not judge another by outward appearances and in all actuality having a pentagram around his neck and having an unsaved person either knowing it or seeing it could make that unsaved person curious on why he wears it if he is a christian and it could end up as a good witnessing tool for Christ. we need to quit judging people and just accept them as they are and if their is something wrong then just let God deal with it.

May God's knowledge and revelation run supreme in this.
thank you God

Here a question. If you walked into church wearing a pentagram necklace and you someone you know, who goes often. What would you do? Now, same thing but it someone first time?

it would not bother me but i may be curious as to why you wear it. the word teaches that we are not to judge people but that we are to judge actions, behavior, things, and ect. for example if wayne walked into church wearing a pentagram there will be two basic thoughts running through the church. first would be "oh my God how can a person come to church wearing a pentagram which is the sign of the devil". this will lead to gossip and gossip is not Godly. second is people will think you are an unbeliever or just saved and God is working on you and sooner or later under God's direction and guidance you will be shown the truth and the pentagram will eventually be gotten rid of. this is the Love approach.

but for you i would talk to the pastor of your church and tell him what you want to do. the church is his responsibility and the pastor would know if you wearing a pentagram would cause those in the church to fall away because they are maybe not mature enough to handle it. on the other hand the pastor may determine that your wearing it is not harmful to the church and that your motives are pure and allow it. but remember that it is the pastor's church and you should give him the respect by letting him know so if there is an issue that comes up about you and the pentagram that he is better able to handle it.

i hope this answers you question.

our kid throws a temper whenever he wants something in a store most people would think that that kid is spoiled. attacking the kid and calling him spoiled are wrong because you are judging that kid. but God teaches that we should leave the person out of it and judge the behavior. so using the above example we would take the child aside and tell them that we love you dearly but throwing a tempertantrum is wrong and if you do not take responsibility and stop then i will be forced to step in and stop it. the word teaches spare the rod, spoil the child. this last example shows the child you care for them but the behavior has to go. the same type of thing should happen

-- The question serves little value when you remember (as I mentioned earlier) that you won't be speaking with the vast, vast majority of the people that are going to see that around your neck.

And seeing that around your neck reduces the likelihood they will proactively approach you.

Translation: That necklace - regardless of the "true meaning" of the symbol, is going to do more harm than good when it comes to witnessing.

I think would actually draw people more to you and ask why your wearing. Reason why I gave to people is because if someone you knew your most like come up and ask. A person who you really don't know. You might not go up and ask. Well, this is most people in the world.

To point out Christina shouldn't be a religion. It should be a relationship between you and God. You should be living like Jesus as he did on the Earth. It like making Jesus a big brother to you and looking up at him.

-- Ummm, no. It would likely repel people. There is nothing about the Pentagram that says, "Here I am, love me."

The simple fact is that people who are curious and may want to know something more about Jesus certainly aren't going to approach someone wearing a pentagram.

That what wrong with people today. So blind see what they knew. How about learn to open your heart and talk with person. Maybe you find something out about them or whatever you rejecting. Let tattoos, your body is tempal and shouldn't ruin. I am sure that some where in the bilbe. Most Christian today think tattoo is a sin. Well, no it not. You put something on there mean something to you and not bad like drug, sexual stuff, and sinful thing you think of. My tattoo I plan to get is two Chians dragon wrapping their stuff up my back and their head on my shourlder. Then breathing fire across my chest and holding two ords, which say peace and war. I see nothing wrong with the tattoo because not evil and therefore wearing pentagram is the same thing. If you say otherwise your blind.

Sorry, but couldn't care less about your tattoo.

The simple fact (again) is this:

As a Christian you are called to show yourself as an example of Christ and be a witness for Him at every opportunity.

Wearing the Pentagram will make people less likely to approach you to talk about Christ.

You have every right to wear it, but it does seem quite odd that you would rather wear it and blame others for their ignorance than not wear it and increase the chance of interacting with someone who is lost and has questions.

Na, because not the necklace theat going to notice that I am following God. It the action. Who cares what you wear you could be naked and seem like everything going good in your life. I am sure someone would come up to and ask what different in your life. How about another one clean uncut look. Same everything is good in your life. I am someone would ask. How about this one someone wearing all black, you know goth look and same as other. I am sure someone will ask again. I just pointing out shouldn't matter what you wear in this comment. It how you act is what get people attention. So, what half Christians in the world are to blind to see the truth meaning behind an awsome looking piece of art. Everyone has different style of looks and people are tend to look at that first. Well, that bs it how you acted. OK, it that flat out and easy.

(I still don't understand how I don't get warning.)

I see that you can talk yourself into just about anything.

The simple fact (still) is that wearing the Pentagram will close more doors than it will open.

Your rationalizing to try to justify wearing it does not change that.

Wear whatever you want. But your attempts to sell the justification fall short.

1Jn.2:15 love not the world or the things that are in the world. That is not the whole passage but want to say that all the law and the prophets hang on two commandments. Love God with all thy heart, mind , soul, and thy neighbor.

The Pentegram is a symbol of a goat. it is a duplicate to announce the supremacy of satan over the symbol of the Lamb.who is ultimately supreme being he is holy and is God. If you go to youtube and write in pentegram it will show videos which you can watch and make your own decision. The roots of halloween are from when occult peoples known as druids would promise harm to those people who wouldn't give money when they knock on the door.

it is simply pride to say we can handle a being more powerful than us. He certainly won't harm you if you join with him against the Christ.
Some wear good luck charms to drive away evil. God has told us to stand by faith on his promises of protection. One of them is Ps. 91:1 Say I dwell in the secret place of the most high, and dwell under the shadow of the all mighty.

The word of God is the only authority we have. It is the only way to know God. Jn. 1 Jesus is the word of God. God made man and woman fearfully and wonderfully Ps. 139: In Acts the devil said Paul I know but who are you. a mask and costume cannot hide who the devil knows. In the book of Revelations it tells how the beast will come and actually throw down some angels in his battle with them. Rev.13:4 and 7 there is no protection by a costume here.

it is the blood of Jesus that protects. we saw that when it was put on the doorposts of Israelites. They must also stay in their houses, no harm will come to them. 1Cor.5:7 Christ our passover is the blood on the doorposts for us. We are a spiritual house which the Holy Spirit dwells. 1Cor. 6:19 we are also called temples.

also we see that 6:9 the word idolaters relates back to when the people trust Baal to protect them. The story of Elijah shows how these people worship Baal and he does nothing for them, then Elijah build a alter with wood, and water and a sacrifice and God consumes it with fire. If God desires to deal with us like he allowed Job to be, what can we do. we can't know if it is God or the devil. we just have to trust God and praise him through that. What reaaly happened was God allowed it and it was a test to prove Job would maintain his integrity. Satan did it and God allowed it. nothing could stop it but Job holding fast to faith in God.
He came out with a better heart.

In the tribulation period we know it is God doing that. , nothing will protect the unbeliever from that. Like the sister in this post we love and desire to be a help to those who are looking for answers. The Holy Spirit Acts 2: fills us with the power to overcome all evil.

I am done fight you guys. I relized why I still fight you guys. I am still fight my self about whole God thing. Yes, I believe Jesus died on the cross for us. Only way to get into heaven is to believe that. I know I should try to live like Jesus as he did when he was on the Earth. I need to make my relationship with God stronger. I should open my ears more when you guys are telling me thing because I came here for answer and seem like I just doing more fighting then learn. I think just because I afaird of what my friends and people I know will say about me. I been praying more lately. I still haven't heard much from God but I have gotten some answer. I am glad because I know if I didn't relize the answer. I would of ended up down a road I have been and I don't like ending up down those roads.
