James 3:1-2'Not many of you should presume to be teachers, my brothers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly. We all stumble in many ways. If anyone is never at fault in what he says, he is a perfect man, able to keep his whole body in check.'James 3: 13-18'Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom. But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish. For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.1 Timothy 3: 6-7'Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil. He must also have a good reputation with outsiders, so that he will not fall into disgrace and into the devil's trap.'James 1: 27'Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.'---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1 John 2: 26-27These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you. But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

Malachi 3:3
And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the LORD an offering in righteousness.
Judgment starts at the pulpit and with the teachers.

There is a difference between prophesying to others and teaching others. So avoid to be teachers (unless you feel God appointed you to be a teacher and you do what you teach without fail), but everyone can prophesy, and let others judge themselves on wether what you prophesied is correct.
