My white blood count was and is virtually nonexistent. Because I'm a smoker, my white blood count should be elevated, but it's not.

Surely unless you have an idiot of a doctor, which I doubt...he would not let that pass if it was something serious...he wouldn't want the risk of it coming back on him for negligence. I really have no idea...I often just talk out of the top of my head!
Call the office if it concerns you too much...

They are idiots and I told'em so. As for suing for negligence, I could sue the surgeon that performed my cancer surgery. A clamp the size of those big safety pins we used to use with cloth diapers was left inside my bladder. It looked just like a safety pin. It opened up and tried to pass through my urethra. It felt like I had crushed glass inside me. Sitting was extremely painful. Once it was removed everything was fine. I have no desire to take anyone to court over this. I know I could get a really big stack of money but I don't need it. I don't want to sound all pious but the Lord provides for my needs. I lead a very simple life and a boat load of cash would disrupt that simplicity. There's a lot of temptation that comes from riches and I don't know if I have what it takes to avoid them. I don't want to put myself in that position.

As for my white blood count, this is the first I've thought of it in well over a year. That's how much it concerns me. If it was serious, God would provide a reason for me to see a doctor. He hasn't done that so I'm just gonna believe He has it covered.

But that's just me.............believing in God.

I agree with you...the stress of a court case is never worth it. Glad to hear that yours worked out well in the end. The surgeon himself doesn't "close" after surgery...that would have been a nurse or the surgical assistant which closed your surgery site. (but the surgeons name is responsible...)
Surgeons are insured to the hilt...I know , my son in law is one...they pay very high for it!! $++++ per month. Most don't ever need to actually use it ( like who 'wants' to actually use their Fire House insurance!!) thankfully....
Surgeons must pay out millions in insurance during their working years. But only an idiot would be without it.
I agree, faith works much better for us than stress.
Who wants to get involved in legal things. Not me.

Just try to keep away from sugar and white flour ! and things will improve............ ! And of course stay away from a lot of
pre pared food.......... lot of junk in them.........

I put vinegar in my Cole saw, of which I eat quite a bit for all the nutrients in my recipe.

I also drink 1 or two glasses of soda water daily to aid my stomach and digestive system. I've had gout for 25 odd years and soda water helps combat excess acidity.

Gout is essentially uric acid that settles out going to the lower/lowest parts of the body. Your feet pretty much but also even ear lobes can get so tender you can't stand to touch them. Under a microscope uric acid crystals look like sweet gum balls with exaggerated spikes. When a blood cells attack the crystals the spikes pierce the cells allowing the contents to escape. This digestive fluid literally eats away bones. I've sat and rocked back and forth with gout pain in the wee hours. I've had a few flare ups lately, felt like you hit your big toe with a claw hammer as hard as you could. I've had my foot swelling as large as a foot ball and turn bright red and you couldn't bear for a gnat to land on it. Thankfully it's been under control for a longtime using allopurinol.

Take your foot and put it in a vise and crank it shut. That's arthritis. Now put a cheater pipe on the vise handle and tighten it one more fill turn. That's gout.

Podiatrists call gout Dr. Gout because it literally removes bones in the feet as if they were surgically removed. The great pain of gout is from bones that are being eaten away. The bottom of my right foot feels like a sock filled with marbles. I wonder how many bones have disappeared! Lol, but not too loudly.

Vinegar is good for digestion and helps promote gut health plus as you mention, many other benefits. I use olive oil to cook with almost exclusively. Also as a lotion for skin.

A good ointment may be made by mixing medicated powder with olive oil forming a paste. Good for rashes, itchy areas etc.

As a child I was given old time remedies for coughs and the like. You haven't lived until you've taken a spoonful of coal oil and sugar! I can still taste it after a lifetime. That cure was as bad or worse than the disease.

I take a baby aspirin daily as a blood thinner.

As to flesh eating I favor PETA, People Eating Tasty Animals. Like the bumper sticker "if we're not supposed to eat animals why are they made out of meat"? Lol

Back to he subject and vinegar is great for many things. A must for pickling, oil and vinegar dressings and many good recipes.

Hey @Frank Lee I too drink bicarbonate of soda...I put 1/2 teaspoon in a 45oz of weak lemon juice and drink it all day. As you say...it is a good neutralizer of acid, plus my sodium gets low, and this keeps it balanced.
Ouch, ouch , ouch...your poor feet.

When I can take the drink ...... Apple cider, with 2 pack of stevia and water in a large glass of water. and if I do it for a few day's

my digestion is good...... but I kept forgetting to take it and have a lot of heart burn.........
