Below are 17 verses that support the Doctrine of Election (sometimes referred to as predestination, but technically not the same). These are verses that don’t need other verses to support them. These verses alone are plain and clear. If we were to do a full exposition of predestination, the list would be even longer.

Psalms 65:4 How blessed is the one whom You choose and bring near to You. To dwell in Your courts. We will be satisfied with the goodness of Your house, Your holy temple.

Proverbs 16:4The Lord has made everything for its own purpose,
Even the wicked for the day of evil.

Mt 24:31And He will send forth His angels with a great trumpet and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.

Luke 18:7 Then, will not God bring about justice for His elect who cry to Him day and night, and will He delay long over them?

Acts 15:17-18 So that the rest of mankind may seek the Lord, and all the Gentiles who are called by My name, Says the Lord, who makes these things known from long ago.

Romans 8:28-30 And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brethren; and these whom He predestined, He also called; and these whom He called, He also justified; and these whom He justified, He also glorified.

Romans 9:11 For though the twins were not yet born and had not done anything good or bad, so that God’s purpose according to His choice would stand, not because of works but because of Him who calls,

Romans 9:15-16 For He says to Moses, “I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.” So then it does not depend on the man who wills or the man who runs, but on God who has mercy.

Romans 11:2 God has not rejected His people whom He foreknew. Or do you not know what the Scripture says in the passage about Elijah, how he pleads with God against Israel?

Romans 11:5-7 In the same way then, there has also come to be at the present time a remnant according to God’s gracious choice. But if it is by grace, it is no longer on the basis of works, otherwise grace is no longer grace. What then? What Israel is seeking, it has not obtained, but those who were chosen obtained it, and the rest were hardened.

1 Cor 2:7 but we speak God’s wisdom in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God predestined before the ages to our glory....

Ephesians 1:5-11 He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will, also we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to His purpose who works all things after the counsel of His will,

1 Thess 1:4...knowing, brethren beloved by God, His choice of you;

2 Thess 2:13 But we should always give thanks to God for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God has chosen you from the beginning for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and faith in the truth.

Titus 1:1 Paul, a bond-servant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ, for the faith of those chosen of God and the knowledge of the truth which is according to godliness,

1 Peter 1:2...according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, by the sanctifying work of the Spirit, to obey Jesus Christ and be sprinkled with His blood: May grace and peace be yours in the fullest measure.

Rev 13:8 All who dwell on the earth will worship him, everyone whose name has not been written from the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who has been slain.

However, whether these verses really mean that sinners have no hope, I doubt that.
I see it as God knows that sinner will repent. His/her name will therefore be Written in the Book of Life.

Well the Lord triest the heart. He proves his people to know them.
I am going to call it "the gift of choice" that is given to us. We get to decide.
At the beginning of our life to a certain point he may not know.

God has certain position in his future plans like the 144,000 to do a job.
But who fills it I don't think he knows yet.

If God doesn't know all, then he did not create all, and there must be another god who created it and God's knowledge is not perfect, having learned about it.

Does the future exist now ? If so then the future was created and we are the past.
If so then God knows.

Scripture condemns rather sharply those who ask that question.

LXX Psalms 73:6,8,9,11,12
Therefore pride has possessed them; they have clothed themselves with their injustice and ungodliness... They have taken counsel and spoken in wickedness: they have uttered unrighteousness loftily. They have set their mouth against heaven, and their tongue has gone through upon the earth... And they said, How does God know? and is there knowledge in the Most High? Behold, these are the sinners, and they that prosper always: they have possessed wealth.

If He already knows, what's the purpose????

That's like saying He knew satan would sin, that I can't get with.....

What you are really saying is, that you want a God that you can understand.

God is greater than us and we cannot hope to understand him, we may learn to understand something of his ways.

AS the OT frequently says 'the begining of wisedom is the fear of the Lord!'
That includes acknowleding that we do not understand him.

Its a calling to "whosoever believeth", so imo No, God doesn't know. If God already knew what everyone would decide, all of this is vanity, and we could just skip this experiment and go straight to judgement.

Consider when Abraham was stopped from sacrificing Issac; "And he said, Lay not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou any thing unto him: for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son from me" (Genesis 22:12). Apparently God had no previous knowledge of what Abraham would ultimately do until he was tested.. jmo
