Can the "wait period" time between posts be eliminated?

It makes sense to have it for new posters but for veterans it should be eliminated. Can it be done?

"Jesus won't save you unless you ask him" theology

Does that make sense to you?

Martin Luther didn't choose to leave the Catholic Church, the church excommunicated Luther.

I know very little about Luther and it's been explained to me by countless Catholics that Luther left the church but that's not accurate. Luther was excommunicated. After the church excommunicated Luther, he was then sentenced to death by the government. https://blog.oup.com/2012/01/luther/

Do you feel your sin just as I feel my sin?

Billy Graham said "The closer you come to Jesus the more you will feel your sin". He's right. I sin every hour of every day, nothing that will make the evening news but sins nonetheless. I am remorseful, but not repentant. I don't revel in sin, but I certainly struggle with it. I wish that...

Does your church teach this as commanded to do? Do you?

If not, why not? 1 Timothy 4:10-11 English Standard Version 10 For to this end we toil and strive, because we have our hope set on the living God, who is the Savior of ALL people, especially of those who believe. 11 Command and teach these things.

Leftists love to attack Christianity when a preacher/priest sexually abuses a child but have a different response when it comes to...

...their political masters within the Washington Establishment raping kids on Epstein Island. This thread on a leftist-dominated (they banned most of the conservatives) message board demonstrates this fact...

Does Revelation 22 demonstrate that God & Jesus are the same?

Revelation 22:3-5 esv No longer will there be anything accursed, but the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and his servants will worship him. 4 They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. 5 And night will be no more. They will need no light of lamp or sun, for the...

Was or is Satan blind to some of the scriptures?

I believe so. If Satan knew that Jesus's sacrifice would save all people from eternal death, could he have influenced the Pharisees and Pilate to NOT execute Jesus? Then again, Jesus scolded Peter (or was it Satan?) in Matthew 16:23 23 But he turned and said to Peter, “Get behind me, Satan...

Discussing doctrine leads to arguments & division & is fruitless

Everyone here will welcome a stranger but as soon as they discuss doctrine all of the warm feelings disintegrate and are replaced with rage and hostility. It's not just here; it's virtually everywhere. There are very few people that can discuss doctrine without becoming triggered and lashing...

"Anyone who beats their male or female slave with a rod..."

This is the type of stuff that causes me to question the authenticity of some of the scriptures. Exodus 21:20-21 NIV 20 “Anyone who beats their male or female slave with a rod must be punished if the slave dies as a direct result, 21 but they are not to be punished if the slave recovers after...
