    Questions

Great answer. You said: "...when Paul says with his mind he serves the law of God: he means Christ." That is what I needed to have described to me, thanks.

    Questions

You said: "...Love demands nothing from anyone." God is Love, and He commands us to love Him. Mark 12:30 *And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment.* Sounds like a "demand" to me...

Rome, the Future Capital of the Future United States of Europe, and the Destruction of the Vatican

Many Protestants believe in the real presence, just not that Jesus is physically present.

    Questions

You said: "If the Spirit is in you, their is no more law." At the end of Romans 7 Paul summarizes (I think) who we serve (even though he is writing to Jews, I think it is a summary for a believer also): 25."I thank God—through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, with the mind I myself serve the...

    Calling all Law Keepers.

I'm not convinced these verses support Him having a sin nature. But, I best concern myself with my own temptations and sin!

    Calling all Law Keepers.

Do you have Biblical evidence to support your teaching that Jesus had to overcome "the sinful nature in himself that he had taken on when he was born to Mary..." Two passages come to mind to support Jesus not having an original sin nature: Romans 5: 12. "Therefore, just as through one man...

    What Is A Christian?

From your post#196, you said: "Only those with the "eyes to see" can discern the ones who are real from the ones who are perhaps even unbeknownst to themselves are playing deadly game among the blind." What I thought you were saying in this sentence was that you can discern whether or not...

    Calling all Law Keepers.

Would your church say the Eucharist is one and the same sacrifice as the Crucifixion, but without blood? If so, then your Eucharist is not the same sacrifice.

The Possible Year of the Second Coming in 2027 AD, the 1290, 1260, 1335, and 2300 Days of Daniel

Not only did I not say "you do not have to do good works" "after believing", I quoted this God-breathed Scripture: 1 Timothy 4:12 [ Take Heed to Your Ministry ] Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

The Possible Year of the Second Coming in 2027 AD, the 1290, 1260, 1335, and 2300 Days of Daniel

"clearly these ARE believers,..." No, this type of believer: 1 Timothy 4:12 [ Take Heed to Your Ministry ] Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity. Galatians 3:9 So then those who are of faith are blessed...

The Possible Year of the Second Coming in 2027 AD, the 1290, 1260, 1335, and 2300 Days of Daniel

"Just as many knew the exact year of his first coming,..." Who were these people? Did any of the people who were alive during the year Jesus was born, know He was to be born that year? The Jews knew the Scriptures, so did they know Jesus was to born that year?

    Holy Spirit......Christians ?

You are saying you know better "about someone's heart"; from your post #184 on the "What is a Christian" thread in the Christian Spirituality Forum: "Only those with the "eyes to see" can discern the ones who are real from the ones who are perhaps even unbeknownst to themselves are playing...

    Calling all Law Keepers.

You said in post 277: "Can you truly feel forgiven without knowing how forgiven you are?" First, I don't believe anyone can know the extent of "how forgiven you are". I would have to have all knowledge of all my sins, past present and future. I have only limited knowledge of my sinfulness...

Sunday Sabbath keeping!< Versus> Gods Original Sabbath

The Apostle Paul wrote letters to several local churches in various cities. The local church is an obvious institution in the New Testament. If a Christian denies, in their heart, the clear instruction to join a local assembly of Believers, they are willfully sinning. Christians are...

    What Is A Christian?

You are equating yourself with God. You believe you have "eyes to see" and can "discern the ones who are real..." In 1Kings 8: 38.... whatever prayer, whatever supplication is made by anyone, or by all Your people Israel, when each one knows the plague of his own heart, and spreads out his...
