    What is grace?

At it's core it is telling you how to be more like God. Sound familiar? (Read Gen 3) Also there is no mention of Christ's death at Calvary (the means by which God is able to be gracious to man), no Blood etc. rather everything is put on your shoulders.

    What is grace?

Let me cut to the quick and ask you what I ask others. How much good works must you do before you are saved?

    What is grace?

Because it's true. I had spent years in the New Age and can recognize it a mile away. Show me in Scripture what Jesus said.

    What is grace?

Jesus didn't say any of this. This is someone's New Age imagination running wild. It would help if you would quote some scripture, rather than someone's theosophy, when telling us what Jesus said.

What and when is the rapture. Part 2

For a person to quote me three times in a row without waiting for a response, shows signs of hyperness, lack of interest in what the other person has to say, and an aggressive ego to prove him or herself right... no thanks.

    What is grace?

If it is by 'His faith' then that is that much more proof that our salvation is unconditional.

    What is grace?

Some would say that even our faith is on account of grace... Ephesians 2:8 (KJV) For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

    What do Calvinists believe?

Well I do know that they will require "fruit" to prove that someone is elect. So if someone walks according to a predetermined protocol, 'they are in'...I guess.

    What do Calvinists believe?

I don’t understand. I wrote about Calvinism and those that challenge Calvinism, and then you challenge me with a statement from Paul supposedly referring to ‘applicable activity’. Why? Very confusing when the topic of the OP is ‘What do Calvinists believe?’.

What and when is the rapture. Part 2

1 Thessalonians 3:13 (KJV) To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints. The inference is if he comes with, then they must have been already raised before He came. Where in scripture does...

What and when is the rapture. Part 2

Here are a couple of things I am waiting for Him to accomplish... Romans 8:23 (KJV) And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. 2 Thessalonians 3:5...

    Holocaust question.

It's also the tip of the iceberg on what evil will be taking place during the Time of Jacob's Trouble compared to what has gone before.

What and when is the rapture. Part 2

And your nick is 'waiting on him'?

    What do Calvinists believe?

Which 'applicable activity'? 2 Timothy 1:9 (KJV) Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began, Titus 3:5 (KJV) Not by works of righteousness which we have...

    What do Calvinists believe?

For those that criticize Calvinism, do you have perfect doctrine? I'll admit, there's much I don't agree with in their Confessions (Westminster, Belgic etc.), but I'm not going to pretend my doctrine is squeaky clean.
  17. prism

    Protestantism is a sin....

Could you mention a few of those 'lies' that touch on justification? Also, do you hold perfect doctrine?

    Lets Define "Works"

Yes a serious problem but not quite as serious as having a gaze of raccoons coming into the entryway. lol

    Lets Define "Works"

I already made the distinction between mere 'professors' and those who possess God's Spirit.

    Lets Define "Works"

By cooperation, do you mean God + man? I mentioned 'possession' rather than mere 'profession', and yes, it's the Spirit bearing fruit in us... Philippians 2:12-13 (KJV) Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your...
