    mormons exposed.

Illrest: "Mormons are welcome here, and even if you believe they are not Christians" Despite your own personal vendetta, I am a Christian and have full Christian right on this board. Any attack or abuse of me are against forum rules and will be immediately reported. These are the rules of...

    mormons exposed.

"No Flaming, Goading or Harassment. All members should be treated with the utmost respect and courtesy at all times following the rules of civil discourse" "Do not state or imply that another member or group of members who have identified themselves as Christian are not Christians." "Do not...

    When to Stop

Admittedly, I'm not the best at knowing when to stop about anything. But pacing and trusting in the Lord is very important. Somethings you're just not going to understand today, or even this decade. If you need to take a break, then do so- that goes for breaks of sleeping on it tonight, or...

    mormons exposed.

@justbyfaith , your irrational obsession with attacking me is downright unhealthy and against forum rules. I will not be responding to any of these flames.

    Witnessing to JWs

My previous post was not about Ravi Zacharias, but sensational work of Walter Martin. Those are two different people, with two very different approaches to things (Zacharias' editing of the lat Martian's book none withstanding).

    Witnessing to JWs

It's because I'm an academic person I so dislike the sensational work of Walter Martin. The point of any missionary work is to bring people to Christ, and I find Martin's and other "this is why you shouldn't be ___" doesn't do that.

Has Jesus come in the spirit?

Again, I'm not remotely trying convince anyone to be an LDS Christian. I actually despise prostylzing on forums (giving or receiving). I'm sorry that God ordering killing in Old Testament times cause you pain and you don't understand. But yes, (Numbers 21:2-3; Deuteronomy 20:17; Joshua...

Has Jesus come in the spirit?

Dude: I'm taking about you coming closer to the Jesus Christ you read in the Bible. Nothing remotely LDS specific. And the complete opposite of becoming an atheist.

Has Jesus come in the spirit?

These posts aren't even duel-standard, they're like seven different standards are you do all these mental gymnastics. Yes, you fear. You fear for your own salvation. That's why you bully everyone else here, why the abuse, why the mental gymnastics, why the fleeing from facts, why all the...

Has Jesus come in the spirit?

IF you want the facts of what I believe, you do got to go through me. You mean the "God of the Bible" that ordered genocide of innocent children, women, and men? Or the one that went around killing sons of Egyptian in mass? Or the one that wiped out an entire world during the Flood? Old...

Has Jesus come in the spirit?

If that were true, then you'd be completely fine to listen to the facts of what I actually believe (not that "anti-cult" junk).

Has Jesus come in the spirit?

Remember how I said this: It's still true. You fear. Anyone who wants to know what I believe is welcome to ask. I happy to talk about things with OCD honesty. I'm happy to talk about my personal experiences, and experiences with other faiths. I'm happy to provide quotes and talk about...

Has Jesus come in the spirit?

Also note that while Christ calls them out on things, He doesn't bully them, nor attack them, nor mock them, nor threaten. Neither did He during rest of His ministry, and scolded His disciples on such actions He preached gentleness, kindness, a coming from love.

Has Jesus come in the spirit?

Once, again you're twisting things rather than actually addressing mine or anyone else's points. That's not the fruit of someone sure of their salvation. It's the mark of somebody who's terrified: that's the core of all abusers and bullies. I don't agree on every theological points with...

Has Jesus come in the spirit?

Again: if you truly do not fear for your own salvation, and truly feel that you are in Christ, then you would have ZERO problem asking what I believe, listening, and celebrating Christ with me. But you don't. You cling to the false information like it was a life raft. I am no mind reader, but...

Has Jesus come in the spirit?

You read false propaganda by Jack Chick and his likes. And then when I said "No, I actually believe this..." you had no reply other than to call me a liar and otherwise verbally attack me. You weren't interested in the facts. And still aren't. You fear.
  17. J

Has Jesus come in the spirit?

If you have nothing to fear-- if you are in Christ-- then you would have nothing to fear about getting the facts straight about what I believe. You would have no ned for bad information or abuse.

Has Jesus come in the spirit?

That is fear: you move because you fear. I come unto Christ out of love. I embrace turret because of love. I love others because I love God.

Has Jesus come in the spirit?

You following that Jack-Chick all day long. I really don't care. Justify abuse, fear-domination, and hate. Ain't going to change me following Christ. I'm going to love and move through love.
