    Biblical Foreknowledge

    Is not you. That's enough.

    Biblical Foreknowledge

My patience is really running out here.
  3. J

    Biblical Foreknowledge

The same reason I spend time and energy trying to understand every other person. Same treatment for every person, regardless of the label attached to them.

    Biblical Foreknowledge

I am trying to understand what you believe, which is extremely difficult because you 1) don't answer my questions directly if at all, 2) contradict yourself, 3) don't use your own words to explain your own believes, and 4) you repay me for my efforts by insulting me. It seems to me like you...

    Biblical Foreknowledge

Is this you way of saying "no he doesn't have a choice in the matter, and I believe it's ok what he doesn't have a choice"?
  6. J

    Biblical Foreknowledge

Does a person have a choice in this? Or ais a person doing X because God forced them to be thus as this first stage of his actions there? (I can't really call it seeking here)
  7. J

    Biblical Foreknowledge

Then the Eunuch wasn't seeking Christ as all? Seeking is a use of will: the person is searching for Christ.
  8. J

    Biblical Foreknowledge

Then please answer my question. Why do you say that free will doesn't exist when you post scripture that shows it, comments that show it, and actions that show it?
  9. J

    Biblical Foreknowledge

I'm just trying to understand what you believe. If that is offensive, then I can stop trying.

Is there salvation outside the Catholic Church?

BoL, you definition of "lie" seems to be "have any view on _____ other than the one BoL does".
  11. J

    Biblical Foreknowledge

Every scripture example you've posted involves free will (such as the Eunuch seeking truth). Every other post on here implies free will (such as your previous resisting post). You actions implies free will (you want to teach turn so that people can learn). For this being an invisible non...

    Biblical Foreknowledge

Anthony, if I wanted to resist (which implies I have free will), I could just conclude "Anthony is a crazy anti-Biblical person, not worth my time to bother with" and walk away. Instead, I'm spend a lot of time, energy, and patience trying to understand what it is you believe.

    Biblical Foreknowledge

I'm just trying to understand your view. The word "drawing" implies free will and free acceptance. You don't believe in free will or free acceptance. From your post it seemed like you believe God had already forced himself upon the the Eunuch before Paul got there.
  14. J

    Biblical Foreknowledge

So the Eunuch wasn't really searching God. Rather, God had already forced himself upon the Eunuch before Paul got there and Paul was just delivering the details?

Is there salvation outside the Catholic Church?

FYI: you conveying information would go over much smoother if it came without the assumption & attacks that every other person on here hates Catholics/Catholicism and is lying.

Is there salvation outside the Catholic Church?

Could you help me better understand what you believe then? As a prerequisite for salvation, does a person need to have a correct understanding of Mary*? Or can a person be saved while still not correctly understanding Mary*? *Just to grab a random topic here.

Is there salvation outside the Catholic Church?

Do you believe that salvation come only after understanding and man's ability to pass a theology test?
  18. J

    Biblical Foreknowledge

But if there is no free will, then the Eunuch show not have been seeking God at all. No coming unto Christ at all.
  19. J

    Biblical Foreknowledge

The mere fact that the Eunuch was seeking truth (an example of a person exercising their will) is contradictory to anti-free-will Calvinism though. This example, your explanation, and your actions, only make sense if a person believes in free will wherein a person can seek and accept Truth...

    That's a non-answer.
