Love starts by really seeing that person. The thing you are trying to "pull out of a pit" only exists in your imagination. It is not me or my beliefs, as you do not know them. You can either examine things for yourself (listen and actually see things) or continue to rescue imaginary thing.

We are not saved by our ability to pass a "Bible knowledge" test. Of course, knowing things is a good thing, but 1) it isn't what saves anyone, 2) *how* you use that knowledge is very important. Vast knowledge with little wisdom or drive to improve that knowledge often results in foolishness.
