Both Pretribbers and Preterists are clearly wrong that great tribulation begins with the DOTL.

I haven't given any opinion for what I believe Daniel's AOD means. I'm still waiting for you to prove from the Bible what AOD means??? You, OTOH once again show that GUESSING is how you arrive at your opinions!

Both Pretribbers and Preterists are clearly wrong that great tribulation begins with the DOTL.

How does that make any sense? Because Christ, speaking to His first disciples tells THEM that THEY shall experience "great tribulation" when THEY "shall see the abomination spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place". I believe 'see' here means understanding with the mind and not...

Both Pretribbers and Preterists are clearly wrong that great tribulation begins with the DOTL.

Where can we read the AOD Daniel writes of "will be placed by evil human hands in the sanctuary"? Great tribulation is not a single event; it comes to faithful saints in different ways at different times throughout the ages beginning when Christ came to earth with the Kingdom of God. When...

Both Pretribbers and Preterists are clearly wrong that great tribulation begins with the DOTL.

Repeating the prophetic words of Daniel without understanding the meaning of AOD is a waste of time. It is written "(whoso readeth, let him understand"). You read but still appear to be without understanding for what Daniel's AOD is!

Both Pretribbers and Preterists are clearly wrong that great tribulation begins with the DOTL.

That's because I know what the Bible says Daniel's AOD represents. You, OTOH appear to be clueless about what Daniel meant.

Both Pretribbers and Preterists are clearly wrong that great tribulation begins with the DOTL.

Let me clear up something here Truth7t7. Yes, I do believe great tribulation Christ said His church must endure as they/we proclaim the Gospel of the Kingdom of God through Christ unto all the nations of the world began when Christ came to earth with the Kingdom of God. But that does not mean...

Which is why I fight against this man-made doctrine called Preterism.

Both Pretribbers and Preterists are clearly wrong that great tribulation begins with the DOTL.

What is Daniel's overspreading of abominations that makes desolate from the beginning of the Kingdom of God that came to earth with Christ until the end of time when Christ shall come again?

Both Pretribbers and Preterists are clearly wrong that great tribulation begins with the DOTL.

There is little to discuss with you because you have no understanding of abomination that makes desolate. If you understood AOD then you would be able to know how great tribulation Christ tells His disciples (throughout all ages) that as they/we proclaim the Gospel of the Kingdom of God through...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

Marty, Rev 2:22 is written to the church, warning them of great tribulation that would come upon them because they allowed Jezebel to "teach and seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols." Jezebel and those within the church who commit adultery with her...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

I'm stuck on words Marty? I wouldn't say you're stuck on words but that you are stuck on the unbiblical doctrine of Preterism. Yes, I know you claim to be PP, but still cannot receive what is written. Even though you say you are only a PP you still insist that great tribulation from God came...

Both Pretribbers and Preterists are clearly wrong that great tribulation begins with the DOTL.

Here you simply prove that you don't know what abomination of desolation means. Since that is the starting point for great tribulation you cannot understand great tribulation without knowing what Christ is referring to when He speaks of things His disciples shall have to endure as they/we...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

I understand why the Preterit must argue both! But you fail to acknowledge that God says the church is called to endure great tribulation, while those in unbelief shall receive the wrath of God. Since you think they are great tribulation and the wrath of God are interchangeable, will you also...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

Rev 2:22 is written to the church warning of great tribulation that shall come upon them who say they belong to Christ and do not. The Bible does not make a distinction between those in the church who have been born again, and those in the church who are in fact false prophets, liars and...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

Preterists both part and full would do well to learn the difference between wrath that comes from God and great tribulation that comes from the world, the flesh and the devil. Great Tribulation and the Wrath of God are related but distinct events in biblical prophecy, with great tribulation...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

You haven't??? Why do you continue to argue "great tribulation" Christ foretells pertains to 70 AD? When in fact the Bible calls what happened in 70 AD the wrath of God being poured out upon an apostate disobedient nation!

Both Pretribbers and Preterists are clearly wrong that great tribulation begins with the DOTL.

Sorry Truth7t7 I stopped reading your reply after reading the above. Since I am not Preterist (partial or full) and in fact fight against this unbiblical doctrine. If you desire a discussion from what I posted, "I would argue that "great tribulation" began when the Lord came to earth a man...

The Spirit Delivers From The Power Of The Flesh, The Spirit Gives Sonship, The Spirit Assures Of Future Glory, The Spirit Assures Of Final Victory

It is the spirit of man that gives them physical mortal life, and it is the Spirit of Christ within man that quickens the spirit of man with supernatural eternal life. John 6:63 (KJV) It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are...

Both Pretribbers and Preterists are clearly wrong that great tribulation begins with the DOTL.

I would argue that "great tribulation" began when the Lord came to earth a man, for that is when He ushered in the Kingdom of God that can only be known and entered when one has been born again of the Spirit. When one has been born again, just as Christ told His disciples before He departed...

    Is Christianity in the Bible?

Exactly! Paul affirmed being a Christian as being a follower of Christ, for which he hoped not only Agrippa, but that all people would become like him Christians!
