IMO: That passage describes a future event, and that event in no way implies that Satan is continually in heaven. I noted pteviously that Satan is granted occasional visits to heaven. The Bible indicates he was thrown down to earth long ago (Ezekiel 28:17).

Gehenna (Hebrew גיא בן-הנם, "Valley of Hinnom") is a place of divine punishment in Jewish eschatology.

IMO: Job 26:7, Hebrew חוג = "horizon." The ancients saw ships disappear over the horizon. That does not equate to a circular planet earth.
