22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

I agree with that, of course. So, you should interpret Isaiah 65:17-25 accordingly. By the way, is your Caps lock key stuck?

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

No one spoke of replacement theology. Your view is so weak that all you can do is make false accusations against others. I don't believe anyone is replaced. If you read Romans 11 it shows that Israelite believers are in the cultivated olive tree and remain there as long as they have faith. Those...

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

That is your assumption, but it is about the new heavens and new earth. You're not recognizing the figurative text and are assuming it's all literal. But, you should interpret it in such a way that agrees with 2 Peter 3:13 and Revelation 21:1-4.

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

It's not even heaven. We're talking about the new heavens and new earth here. I believe we will be dwelling on the new earth for eternity, not heaven. I believe it's figurative language that Isaiah used to describe eternity in a way people could understand back then. But John, in Revelation 21...

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

Don't tell me what I believe. I will tell you what I believe. Good grief, you are unbelievable.

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

I didn't say it did. Please take your time and think here. It says no weeping at all. Do you agree? If so, would that not include weeping over someone's death? Of course it would. If you disagree then that would show you are being selective in how you are interpreting the verse which reveals...

That's not exactly a case of addressing his view. Explain why you can't see it his way. Just address even one point and explain what it is about what he said that can't be true and why.

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

Agree. I'd like to see them explain why Isaiah decided to bring up the new heavens and new earth in one verse and then immediately change the subject in the next verse. How does this make any sense? How can Premils expect to be taken seriously without some kind of explanation for how Isaiah...

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

But, no one will mourn when someone dies. Okay then. And, Isaiah started talking about the new heavens and new earth in verse 17 and then inexplicably changed the subject in the next verse. Okay then.

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

Okay, nothing in his posts changes your view. Fine. But, you can't even give your thoughts on even one thing he said? Good grief.
  11. Spiritual Israelite

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

This is futile. You're talking to someone who seems to be completely lacking in spiritual discernment and can only comprehend physical things that he sees with his eyes.

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

LOL. No weeping means no weeping. That would include no weeping over someone's death. No, I don't. YOU do. I believe it's talking about the new heavens and new earth which is only for the saved.
  13. Spiritual Israelite

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

Are you paying attention? I obviously believe that it relates to the new heaven and new earth. You already knew that, right? And I believe that the new heavens and new earth are ushered in when Christ returns after the thousand years (and Satan's little season), which is what Peter indicated in...

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

You have people not mourning anyone's death during that time. So, LOL at you.
  15. Spiritual Israelite

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

LOL. You just give the same response over and over and over again. Are you a real person or a bot?
  16. Spiritual Israelite

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

So, you have to resort to making a false accusation against me instead of addressing my points? That says a lot about you. You know darn well that no Christian believes "that God lacks the power or ability to fully restrain His creation", yet here you are accusing me of believing that.
  17. Spiritual Israelite

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

Why not? Can you at least address how significantly things changed as it relates to Satan and the world in NT times? How can we have a discussion with you when you're not even willing to talk about things like that?
  18. Spiritual Israelite

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

Is Galatians 3:16-29 too loaded for you? I don't know what you're talking about. This seems to be your way of avoiding addressing scripture that contradicts your view. You just call it "loaded language" and dismiss it. Which promises are you referring to exactly? Are they different promises than...
  19. Spiritual Israelite

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

Why not? Will people not be human at that time? I'm not understanding your point here at all. It's completely ludicrous to think there would be any time when people wouldn't mourn their loved one's death.
  20. Spiritual Israelite

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

Why don't you just accept what Paul said about God's promises to Abraham and his seed? You say they apply to national Israel. Paul said they apply to Christ and those who belong to Christ. Your doctrine seems to completely ignore New Testament passages like this: Galatians 3:16 Now to Abraham...
