If you had a chance to go anywhere in the world. Where would it be?

Things Id want to see in London: Trafalgar Square Kensington Palace/ Gardens Buckingham Palace Oxford Pub where Lewis, Tolkien and Pullman met at Harold Square (not sure if that's right)

    Religion and the NWO

I think I understand. I can't verify your statements on Catholicism but I can see how there's a global opposition to fundamentalist Christianity.

    Conversation with An Atheist

For the same reason it's better if I ruin a sand castle I made rather than someone else ruining it. If I'm the author, if you will, I reserve the right to also destroy what I created. God destroyed almost all of humanity in Genesis. He is the originator of life, He has the authority to also take...

    A Harsh Inner Voice

Ive come a long way. I often question now whether what I was so anxious about was actually important. For example, not finishing books or shows at times. Back when I was trying to be type A, I scolded myself for this often. Now? Who cares? My strength is adaptability. I stick with things...

    Guard your Whimsy

I'm in a busy season. But I try to plan small things that are nice. Ill pick up cut flowers to put in my vase. Ill light a candle that I only light when I clean. I might journal while my kids nap. I might watch some anime or start a book I likely won't finish. I might watercolor or gel pens my...

False assurances of salvation no matter what never encouraged me the way walking in actual charity, virtue, and self-control did.

Sinless Perfection. Why do so many teach against what Jesus taught?

I feel a lot more encouraged now. Before reading Scripture for myself I always felt a need for constant assurance. Deep down it was an acknowledgement that I had no actual fruit. What is encouraging is seeing God's power at work in my life. I see real results and fruit in my walk. False...

Being the Church, Not joining one

Almost everything I was taught about how to be a proper Christian wasn't true. My husband and I call these myths "churchisms" . When I converted at 14, all I wanted to do was do good for the Lord. I even wanted to be a missionary. But well meaning Christians said I ought to focus on myself...

Sinless Perfection. Why do so many teach against what Jesus taught?

Ill be in my Bible testing everything, even what I said earlier.

Sinless Perfection. Why do so many teach against what Jesus taught?

I appreciate you looking out for me but I don't think Episkopos is preaching a false gospel. His teaching that non believers can possibly inherit eternal life is not common but I agree. I don't think he's preaching universalism which is the belief that everyone is getting to heaven. He's saying...

The Shift: Drifting from New Testament Gatherings to Modern "Worship"

If you give yourself to God as a living sacrifice, loving and obeying Him at all times, church attendance isn't required. If you don't give yourself to God, church attendance won't make up for it.

Sinless Perfection. Why do so many teach against what Jesus taught?

I was lied to about Christ's standard. They were trying to comfort me (so Id fund them). But I'd rather know what the standard actually is, so I can run the race as to win the prize. It's way beyond "just believe". Christ gave us entry into the race through the cross but did not run it for us...

Poll. Will we be judged when we die?

2 Corinthians 5:10 New King James Version 10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.

Sinless Perfection. Why do so many teach against what Jesus taught?

I believe this is imperfect but not sin. Love goes beyond not sinning and into doing good for others.
