I believe it boils down to what sin is. If it is disobedience of God's commands, as I believe it is, the idea of God going against His own will just doesn't make sense. Against whom would God be sinning, if, as you seem to say, God (whether the Father or the Son) could sin?

To say that the devil is Adam makes absolutely no sense at all to me. Genesis tells us that the serpent tempted Eve to sin, she took of the forbidden tree, and also gave the fruit to Adam. It doesn't say that Adam tempted Eve to sin. As I mentioned in an earlier post here, Revelation explains...
