Read the scriptures. That's what THEY are inferring

Great!

I simply quoted the scriptures and stated no personal position. Read them and decide for yourself.

God is spirit not a spirit or ghost. And regarding my post, I have no idea if God actually has wings or not; I'm simply pointing out what the scriptures say in many places that raises that question. Does it matter if he does or doesn't? No

The "real bible" is the original language, and for the NT, that's Greek. As I already stated to you, ck out the interlinear, the original Greek language. There is no 'a'. And also look at other translations. The kjv and only a couple others stuck a 'a' before spirit. Look at the new kjv, the...

No, God is not a spirit, but the correct translation is God is spirit (not a spirit) meaning God is the life force, energy, etc. Check out that scripture a little more closely and see the interlinear. John 4:24. The KJV is NOT the correct translation.

As strange as it may seem, there are scriptures we typically overlook, suggesting that God has wings; not a wing, such as 'take you under his wing', but wings, plural! Psalm 57:1 1{To the chief Musician, Altaschith, Michtam of David, when he fled from Saul in the cave.} Be merciful unto me, O...

There's only one reason for divorce and that's for infidelity.

Define "long". It's a subjective term that requires further defining.

The law couldn't be kept by the Jews hence the new covenant, so why should it be raised as a question now as to whether or not we should keep it or if it's necessary??

Just a lack of understanding what they read. If a letter was written to the Corinthians, addressing their issues of their day, it wasn't written to us as is clear by the salutation. So, one must simply recognize that first, and then look at what was being said to THEM, and then determine how and...

His comment makes no sense because if you don't believe, you won't do anything at all. It's a really dumb argument, dumb logic, and dumb statement.

Yes! Just like the Ethiopian eunuch did in Acts 8, and then he was immediately baptized!

Yes! It's very clear that baptism is prior to salvation. Without being baptized, you're absolutely not yet saved. Impossible to he saved prior to baptism.

What is heaven and what is the kingdom? There are heavens (plural), the immediate heaven above us and also paradise, the third heaven. There's also the kingdom of heaven in heaven itself but also the kingdom of heaven on earth which is the church. The thief on the cross was in "heaven" with...

Yes. It's very obvious it wasn't written TO us which most people don't understand and therefore misinterpret what was written and how it may apply to us today.

3 OT references to the "sons of God". Who or what were they??? Good question! Gen 6 "1And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, 2That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all...

Ecclesiastes 12:13 13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man

Keep in mind the bible is about mankind and primarily the earth, not the galaxy or universe. And there's really not much detail at all about the earth which is another subject altogether and causes much controversy and speculation due to the scant information provided to us in the bible. I'm...

What is marriage and when do you really become married? Is it after some formal or elaborate ceremony or process, such as when a justice of the peace, ordained minister or “priest” of some "church" mumbles some words in front of you both while holding a bible or some other “religious” book...
