    How does God lead?

But it is you who have made that apostolic limitation, not God. For Paul, whom you quote, was not an apostle to the apostles, but to the gentiles (us).

    How does God lead?

For starters, very personally, with things that are comparable to scripture and comparable in my life also. Then, scripturally, by the biblical examples of how God has done very similarly with characters in the bible. Even here it is personal too, for I can draw the comparisons, but another...

Proof: You were only forgiven of your past sins!

Oh...I see the problem... No...the bible which you quoted is right, and you are wrong...and you totally don't see your mistake.

Proof: You were only forgiven of your past sins!

You have quoted the verses, but have not understood...as if one who is "forgiven" and "purified", is not forgiven or purified at all. But if they are "purified", as it is written here, then you are in error.

    How does God lead?

Dave, In my hour of need I [personally] called out to God by name, without any prior knowledge of scripture. He answered, and suddenly I was caught up in the spirit above the earth and shown many things, and then returned to the world. After which He lead me to the scriptures, which I read...

Dave...we love ya man, not wanting to do harm. Hope you are doing okay.

    Personal Revelation

One must ask why you find this objectionable, when He has prayed that we become One with Him, and that He be in us, and we in Him. What sort of fruit is this that you have produced, and what rivalry do you have against such?

    Personal Revelation

Thank you, that puts me in the best of company: “Have you never read in the Scriptures: ‘The stone which the builders rejected Has become the chief cornerstone. This was the Lord’s doing, And it is marvelous in our eyes’?

    How does God lead?

No. Now you have spoke against the scriptures yourself, which say, "But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all: for to one is given the same Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues...

    How does God lead?

No, the scripture is not the source of faith. "Which is greater the gift or the altar that sanctifies the gift?"

    How does God lead?

It is clear you have the wrong idea about the scriptures. Yes, Peter gave credit to God for the voice of Christ the Word. But Jesus, though He referred to the scriptures many times, made clarification that His "words are spirit"...which many now and as it was then, will not hear, referring back...

    Personal Revelation

Jump on the bandwagon, beat a drum...and then move on. Nice.

    Personal Revelation

"We" and "us" are defined by your comments, and likewise those who have done the same throughout all of history, against those who have gone to the next level with God and with Christ when called upon, and now with the Holy Spirit. We say "we", because you have rightly stereotyped us into our...

    Personal Revelation

And your butting in is sure to be made example of in the scriptures also. But, no, we are not talking about "a few posts", and his lack of peace is self-evident to and exceeding the point of going on the attack. I have drawn this line in the sand for his own good, which I only do after...

    Personal Revelation

We're not "supposed to accept the words of a self proclaimed prophet." But rather we should expect (and accept) to hear from God in the multitude of His own ways of speaking to His people, which He has established and promised...which for the sake of this discussion, is absolutely not limited...

    Personal Revelation

Your comments and rebuttals are gibberish based in your own opinion and feelings. I have tried to reason with you on a scriptural and spiritual level, but you have proven not to be up for the challenge and call to move forward and to press on in the faith, but remain bitter with envy toward...

    Personal Revelation

It is not an accusation, but a warning, and a rebuke. But you are also wrong to say there is no need. Should I say nothing and be guilty myself? ...No need to answer, God has answered already.

    Personal Revelation

You are not being clear. Where has Paul contradicted himself to say that "it is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me?" In anticipation of your answer...do you think he was schizophrenic, that he said one thing and then said something completely different? To which my answer is: No...

    Personal Revelation

Folks... Has God not promised that the time would come when "I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they all shall...
