Hi

concerning marriage , if the husband is a believer and the wife is not therefore according to scripture the husband can let her leave 1 Cor 7:15 - 2 Cor 6:14:

I read the scripture and understand it, except when GOD says man is not bound in such circumstances. Is GOD saying that man can allow his unbelieving wife to leave and therefore is then clear for divorce? Or only that the two can separate but must remain married?

If the unbelieving spouse decides they want to leave, the believer is not held in the bonds of marriage. I'm not clear if the believer can leave the unbeliever. However, If one believes and one doesn't, and the believer has an affair, it's still adultery.

The only reason Jesus Gave for diorce was adultery.
