Praying for you is most certainly abusive...at least that might be the devil's perspective on things.
I don't have to try to convert you in order for you to be converted.
You very likely know whether those things that are spoken of Mormonism are true, even though you are telling me that they are not true.
I do not find any compelling reason to risk being caught up in the pressure to believe what was previously said to be a lie about Mormonism.
But if you know that these things are true, then my arguments are valid; even if you do not want to engage with me on the issues but rather want to give the normal Mormon line of how they have told lies about what you really believe.
So deal with the arguments as they have been presented, in your own personal time of thinking. If they are based on a lie, then there is no reason to fret, is there?
I know that I will be taken to the highest heaven when the Lord brings me home.
If the arguments presented are based in truth, then you have to deal with them in processing your own faith, even if you are going to tell me that they aren't based in truth.
If people don't believe in Mormonism because of these things, it is no skin off your back.
Because don't Mormons believe that everyone goes to one of three heavens? And none will go to hell?
And I know that I am going to the highest one of them, even though I tell you most assuredly that I will very likely never become a Mormon.
As the first heaven is the atmosphere, the second heaven is outer space; and the third heaven is where the throne of the Lord is located.
