He got some criticism for saying that the terrorist responsible for those bombings recently has a right to due process whereas some say he should be treated like an enemy combatant.
the problem is, he is innocent until proven guilty. He isn't talking so how do we know he is the right guy?
So i at this point am in agreement w/ Napolitano... and think he would be a GREAT Justice on hte Sup Ct. He is on Fox a lot... and i love listening to him b/c he is very logical and law-centered (not lawless, like so many of our people in gov these days)
