The Tenth Amendment, -- known as STATES RIGHTS:
The Tenth Amendment (Amendment X) to the United States Constitution, a part of the Bill of Rights, was ratified on December 15, 1791.[1] It expresses the principle of federalism, also known as states' rights by stating that the federal government has only those powers delegated to it by the Constitution, and that all other powers not forbidden to the states by the Constitution, are reserved to each state, or its people.
... and of course, the Armed Services are PROHIBITED from being deployed IN THE UNITED STATES, -- so if Trump does invoke the Insurrection Act, the Military will be used to enforce the rule of law, as it has in previous U.S. history.

All I'm saying is that the States are responsible for enacting and enforcing their own laws. And if a State (or community therein) declines to prosecute these criminals for their actions, then that's the STATE's Prerogative.
And Trump can only step in when the welfare of the Nation is at risk.

So then my question is what state wouldn't want to prosecute them? Haven't they caused enough damage by now? How many more lives being lost is it going to take for them to realize that they need to stop being cowards and do something about this!! So pretty soon I will be voting and hope and pray to God that Trump stays in office.

There is another possibility too, however unlikely they may want to have someone that won't hurt the party if they lose. I heard that on Rush the other day from a caller and it could make sense. Biden is their Bob Dole and he reminds me a lot of him not knowing were he is, waving at no one. Even Biden's VP is as bad as he is. Just a Theory
