ARE YOU ABLE TO HEAL THE SICK?

Yes. a 78 yr old lady called me and said she hurt her back and can't move. I came over, layed my hands on her and prayed for her back to be healed. Before I got to my car in the driveway, she walked out and caught me and said she was healed. God is merciful and can work through people.

So you say you can heal.......I am not being flip but how many people would you say you have healed?

Christians believe they can be healed. Non-Christians do not know. I have prayed for and healed non-Christians and they do not give God the credit. They believe they just got better, or the medicine worked. I've heard that.

I dont think so either................I think most would say they base this on this verse..................[Mat 17:20 KJV] 20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

Take a look at what scripture says about faith and healing

[Mat 10:1 KJV] 1 And when he had called unto [him] his twelve disciples, he gave them power [against] unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.

Jesus gave them power to heal

[Mar 4:40 KJV] 40 And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faiith?

[Mat 16:8 KJV] 8 [Which] when Jesus perceived, he said unto them, O ye of little faith, why reason ye among yourselves, because ye have brought no bread?

Was the power to heal based on having enough faith? The disciples power to heal was not based on faith

Why do you think they were given the ability to do so? I think it was to show that their message was true.

While people were healed in that day, like the lady with the 12 year blood problem going to the doctors and never finding healing. Yeshua healed her, and I believe there is a spiritual lesson here, that even in 12 years of lostness, there is completion within looking to Yeshua, as ones Lord and Savior, and that healing would of course be of the heart at least to me.

I was just talking to my mother today as we were shopping, I said I wish there was something that I could do to feel better, but as we continue to grow older, we are gonna have good days and bad days, and while exercise helps on some, godliness is the better place to be. Godliness means having a devotion towards Yahavah, in and through and out ones life, of aches, and pains, and slowly up to the point of death.

The Holy Spirit leads me. I do not honor myself; I only give God the Glory. It is He who heals; I'm the vessel. I'm not going to take any credit or keep a scorecard on all that have been healed. The gift is from God and belongs to Him.

What is not recorded in scripture is the ability to take up serpents and not being hurt by drinking any deadly thing.

Mark 16:18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

Would you drink a deadly thing to test God ? Of course not ! But in everyday living could something poisonous pass your lips, yes it could .
A true story . A missionary and his family were off in the jungles of a foreign country . Where they lived the jungle was a few yards away in front of their house . And almost everyday they would see some of the natives in the edge of the jungle observing them and thought nothing of it as the missionary family went about their chores and drawing their water out of their well in the front yard . Finally the after a couple of weeks the natives came out of the jungle and talked to the family . The natives said the wanted to know more about the God the missionary family served because this was the true God !
The natives said , we know your God is the true God because He protected you, we have been putting poison in your well many times and all of you are still alive .

Prayer and laying on of hands .
My daughter had an abdominal problem that was going to require surgery . She was prayed for at church and the next day the problem was gone much to the doctor's surprise . My daughter had problems with seizures and many tests were run at one of the region's best hospitals, but they couldn't find the source of her seizures . After my daughter was prayed for at church the seizures never returned . These healings were both before my daughter was of school age .

Why isn't everyone healed ? I don't have that answer .

There is some type of prosperity Gospel, you will never be sick etc... bunch a lies.

Prayer is an important connection with Yahavah through Yeshua.

Praying for all matters of life and things. I don't pray for my body aches, as much as just asking Yahavah to help people by the spirit to be guided to him, and to watch over the ones I have ever seen in my life.

It helps me stay connected.


The true sickness is the one of the heart. Which is need of healing.

Well of course it is, but physical health is good too, and promised to those who walk in faith.
