First we have to define the Biblical judgement we are warned about!

The apostles had no problem at all telling someone that without faith in Christ you will not enter into heaven. That is not judging, it's a Biblical fact!

The judging we are warned about is given in example through Job. When God allowed Job's life to be turned upside down, Job's 3 friends came and passed judgement on him, what we are warned not to do.

They questioned the motives of Job blaming him for what had happened, when they had no idea what God was doing. Job had done nothing wrong, but his 3 friends falsely judged him. This is the judgement we are warned about.

We don't have to tell others they are going to hell, we can simply give them the Gospel and let the Holy Spirit do the work. That's all that we can do!
And if someone doesn't like the fact that Jesus plainly declared, "I am the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father but by Me", their argument is with God, not people.

Much love!

Yes, marks, that is what Jesus said but many want the wide pathway into heaven but have trouble finding the right path into the loving arms of Christ. The path they want to walk down is a pathway where they do not have to lay down their lives for the sake of their faith in Christ.

Is that in reference to "the narrow way" of which Jesus said, "few there be that find it"? (Matthew 7:14)
As if God would make sport with human souls? It can't mean that. No way!
A high-stakes game of hide and seek with eternal peril in the balance? Sadistic.
Might make a good horror movie theme. Is that what God is about?

Just the same, Jesus remains the way, the truth, and the life. And no one comes to the Father except by Jesus. No one.

Much love!

The narrow way . . . the same root as affliction, extreme pressure. You have to be serious about this, not half-hearted.

The narrow way is the way of the Bride of Christ...not exclusively for all who are saved. The New Covenant is something positive not negative. The negative is people claiming to be more than they are based on a religious idea that judges others in order to justify themselves.

That's good, thanks.
What kind of life does it lead to? (as you understand it)
An empowered walk by the Spirit. A walk in resurrection life. Full of love joy and eternal peace. The New Covenant is built on the way of righteousness we read about in the OT. Paul says it is good for instruction in righteousness...which I think is no longer understood.

The spiritual walk is built on the way of righteousness the way a second storey is built on the first. That second storey puts us into direct fellowship with God.

The higher walk in Zion is the best kept secret in the world. Many here will attack the very idea of a victorious overcoming walk IN Christ. In Him is no sin.

Blessings <><

Romans 1 says they already know..

32 who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.

Jesus drew people to him through love and serving them

Thats how we are to be.. Thats why he tells us we are lights. drawing people to God. and we should fear if our light is snuffed..
Taking a single verse out of context to prove doctrine is useless. Romans 1 is about idolaters.

Only God should judge and condemn.

Only God has the knowledge to know how to treat people fairly as they deserve to be treated.

Only God has the power to see that whether good or evil, they receive what they deserve.

I have not come to condemn.....Jesus
What is fairly?.....the rain falls, the sun shines, the seeds sprout in every country for food, wombs bare children so we can have community ....and all given freely
Who deserves anything? ....we are all sinners

We are the ones who make the air difficult to breathe, poison the soils and waters, judge and kill each other, put things into our bodies which cripple our minds and relationships.....and project our judgemental attitudes onto God.

Apparently, Noah was deserving of being saved as were many others.

Noah warned his neighbors a disastrous flood was coming. None listened. But all had a chance to acknowledge the truth and prepare accordingly.

It could all come down to our own choices.

Deserves?....do I deduct that some sinners deserve more than others?
