There may be more who are not respecters of persons, as they simply live as Jesus says, even if or though they have not overcome other troubles by far.

Also, It looks to me like most all of man's groups or organizations TEACH people to BE RESPECTERS of persons , in an ungodly way, as to 'prefer' one over another, in many ways, as if it is important too, to do that , in place or, or instead of , what God clearly says.

Even so! In secular groups we should expect it, but it also happens in many, most or even all, church groups as they effectively teach people to give honor to people who are not due honor, or to treat 'members' of their own group better than others. They teach people to quench the Holy Spirit in favor of the local rules or traditions thus deciding for God what and when and where the next step is... instead of letting Him lead them.
