Rashi's explanation of B'etzem Hayom Hazeh

Why not just say that the phrase means what it says -- precisely on that day?', becomes senseless pretence—much ado about nothing!
This blunder further exposes the irritating and embarrassing reality for the ‘scholars’ involved in this farcical ongoing debate of DENIAL over the phrase ‘b’etzem hayom hazeh’, ‘scholars’ and 'academics' who have EVERYONE been caught out fast asleep in their total ignorance about it and its 'uses' and particular exclusive 'meaning' of magnificent 'significance' in the Scriptures FAR ABOVE ANYONE could have imagined.
