Put into prison why?
Put into prison because he was forgiven and then didn’t forgive. Did you read the parable?

Put into prison why?
Yes I did. He was not put into prison for reason of lack of his forgiveness. I mean, that triggered the actual reason . . . did you read the parable? . . . the reason being, he was a debtor. He owed a debt that he could not pay.Put into prison because he was forgiven and then didn’t forgive. Did you read the parable?
That's not what reconciliation is, so I don't think you are interpreting it correctly.Well it doesn’t say the man loses his life. So it doesn’t contradict eternal life. It doesn’t say he will be executed. It says he will be put in prison.
Yes I did. And the record of that debt has been blotted clean. At the cross. So this goes back to the honesty of God. He is not disengenuous. And it goes to the efficacy of the cross. It seems that you see a shorter reach of Jesus' death than do I.So did you.
Yes I did. And the record of that debt has been blotted clean. So this goes back to the honesty of God.

Is that so? I'm reading that his master loosed him, and released him, or freed him from the debt. Said he didn't have to pay it.The man in the parable had the record of his debt blotted out too.

It's like the difference between the banker assuring you he's not going to take you to collections, or in the other case, he burns your contract, and can't take you to collections.

The Lake of Fire is in outer darkness (outside of space) and it is indeed eternal. Only God knows and only God decides.
Marks, do you really not understand that you and I are the ones whose debt was forgiven in the parable?
It's not time. You won't, and don't accept my answer, you need to see this yourself.okay marks, tell us what the parable means and who it’s a warning for.
If no debt, no prison.I agree with @stunnedbygrace. The man who was deeply in debt was forgiven his debt THEN put in prison.
This tells us he was imprisoned for a reason other than his debt; namely, his refusal to forgive. This aligns with other Scriptures perfectly.

I figured you'd likely take it that way. You need to see this yourself. You need to learn how to understand a parable without the opportunity to just flatly reject what you think it doesn't say.Ah…that sounds like a cop out.
Who did Jesus tell these parables to? In what time? To whom does it apply? Find the harmony.Ah…that sounds like a cop out.
Tell us what the parable means. Once again, you’ve only told us what it can’t mean, not what it does mean.
When will it be time?
Again, completely missing the point. Your theory is THE ONLY REASON anyone ever goes to prison is debt.If no debt, no prison.
Much love!
I tire. :)You're point being?
Much love!
