I'm afraid that the constant building boom here in Nashville is over... meaning that it's going to be harder to get work...I've enjoyed the work. But this pandemic is waking people up to being more efficient with office space. I've done commercial as well as industrial work. But maybe I'll be able to find some. Dunno.
