No. Luke is using a simile. If you study that section of text you will find what it was that fell "like" lightening.
Jesus said it.
He saw Satan fall.
Isaiah confirm this as..
"""How you have fallen from heaven,
morning star, son of the dawn!
You have been cast down to the earth,""""
If you read Gen, then we see that Satan was not created on Earth, as was Adam and Bride.
If you feel you can post a verse that states that Satan, or Lucifer, or the Devil, were created on Earth, then feel free to do so.
Satan "fell" from Heaven, and is fallen, and is now The Devil, or Lucifer, or Satan........depending on what you want Him to be called, as its all the same .
It interesting that the Bible refers to the Devil as "fallen", as in the fallen nature... and that He also "Fell" from Heaven.
In other words both literally and spiritually.
Lucifer means "light bringer" or "Light Bearer".. and Satan on Earth, is described by Paul as a " (fallen) angel of LIGHT".
A False LIGHT........tho still a Light.
Jesus defines this as a dark light, or a twisted truth.
Satan is a "dark light". This means that His enlighenment, or his inner light is darkness, deception, and evil.
Satan, The Devil (Lucifer) is the "father of Lies'....so that is his "inner Light", where as Jesus is THE Truth... which is His Light.
