@Brakelite2 ...I believe those that have the real power and influence on this globe launched a 2020 power grab born from desperation for control. They are losing ground, every year, and now they are also beginning to expose themselves, who they are, and what are their plans for all people on this globe. They cannot stop now and they have nothing to lose.
Their major goal for this year is the unleashing of this virus to ignite a world wide pandemic of permanent job losses and for an extended contraction and economic decline and into an extended depression through their extended lockdowns, edicts and more propaganda from all governmental institutions and their programmed 'airhead' proxy authoritarian rulers.
For now it is to scoop up and consolidate global economic power. And later to use this gain to launch another catalyst or trigger, like a nuke war or a more infectious virus to again force folks to comply with all their demands in the name of security and safety. Now who does not want security and safety?....the next 5-20 years are crucial for them in their bid for a successful takeover of all functions on this globe. They would love to have 3/4 of mankind die...

Gday mate, howya doin. Yeah, been thinking about this and talking about with some friends and family for years, but particularly in the last month or two. I mean, we all would have had a general idea from prophecy and observation regarding what's coming, but who would have thought it would roll out like this? We are living in exciting times, and I would suggest that the 5-20 years you envision remaining could be contacted down to one or two. Yep, it's about power over international finance... But that isn't the objective. That is the means to the end. Which is why those powers that be later enforce the mark using financial restraints as the "motivator'.
I have always found it hugely significant that Revelation 13 it reads...
KJV Revelation 13
13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
14 And
deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast;
saying to them that dwell on the earth, that
they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
The second beast, which is s political power clearly motivated by religious ambition, is saying to the people, that
they should make an image to the first beast. That first beast, also motivated by religious ambition (to rule globally) was a union of church and state, until it received it's mortal wound. And here's the second beast wanting the people to createa copy...a mirror image... Of that first union of church and state which had died... The second beast wants it brought back to life!!! And it succeeds. But who is this significant? Because it requires the approval of the people!! Not only does this mean this power is speaking from a position of democratic power, but the people must before hand be brought into a position where they would not just welcome such a revival of this beast, but would overwhelmingly support it by creating the environment in which such a beast could thrive.
This creation of the environment is what we are witnessing today. We are watching the unfolding of Revelation 13 before our eyes. The people of the world are being manipulated, conditioned, deceived, into a state of mind that eventually will welcome and even vote for Resurrection of that first beast to political and religious global Dominion. And yes, part of that conditioning is through suffering. Soon, we will witness miracles in support of that same scenario. We may not recognise their significance at first... We need to keep our eyes opened.
The gazillion dollar questions though of course remain a mystery for most. Who do those two beasts represent? Who are the two powers working together today behind the scenes to being global dominion to that first power which at one time had limited dominion but was taken away? The rise and fall of political and religious power in history, and am open and clear headed scrutiny of current events offers us clear clues if we are willing to cast off the lies and deceptions those two powers are feeding the world. And have been feeding the world for centuries. They have played a long game with great patience and skill. The devil has been at this for 6000 years and his game plan, though interrupted and prolonged at times, hasn't changed. And prophecy has been consistently God's witness to His overall sovereignty. He know what is happening and nothing has taken Him by surprise. We should be excited. Confident in Him and looking forward to Him winding up these events with His soon coming.
