You keep pretending "love your enemies" is a command to restrain government from protecting their own people.
Jesus’ command to his followers to love our enemies does not restrain government from protecting their own people.

2Pe 2:12
But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption;
Jde 1:5
I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not.
You can try to save them.
I don't think they want to be saved.
And I'm not talking about all muslims. Im talking about those insane radical Islamists that are coming for your children.
You think Soleimani was convertible?
God will sort it out.
I suppose it's good you cant read my mind.My first thought upon reading this were the words of Arnaud Almaric, who said during the Albigensian Crusade -
“Kill them all, for God knows which are his own.”
A Catholic commander, a papal legate, ordering Catholic crusaders to kill all Catholics and non-Catholics residing in the city he was intent on destroying -> men, women and children. That’s not even Just War. That’s Total War.
That’s an evil mind at work.
P.S.
I couldn't remember the name of the city (Beziers) or the year (1209 AD) off the top of my head so I searched for the information.
I suppose it's good you cant read my mind.
Mat 13:27
So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?
Mat 13:30
Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.
Mat 13:38
The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
Mat 13:40
As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.
Like I SAID
God will sort it out.
I apologize,I heard you and I liked your post. I presume that you didn’t see that.
You think Saul, who became the Apostle Paul, was convertible? You think Soleimani was convertible?
Well you know Saul was a Zealot for God. He truly believed he was doing God's service. You think Saul, who became the Apostle Paul, was convertible?
We cannot look at someone who is killing Christians and assume they are so evil, it is impossible for them to be converted to follow Jesus with a new birth and a new heart.
And Jesus confronted some Pharisees who thought they were zealots for God and doing God’s service.Well you know Saul was a Zealot for God. He truly believed he was doing God's service.
His was to DESTROY the newly formed church, the Christians.
It's not like Saul was a Zealot for ALLAH,
Just saying.
It was because of the Grace of God that the Lord showed Saul the error of his ways.
Not because he didnt believe in God, but because He DID.
Hugs

I wish they all would come to Christ Anchorite, I do.And Jesus confronted some Pharisees who thought they were zealots for God and doing God’s service.
Jesus called them children of the devil who was a murderer from the beginning.
Muslim zealots also believe they are serving God. Allah is not an Islamic word, it is Arabic for God.
Some Muslims are coming to Christ as He appears to them in dreams and visions.
The closest thing to Muslims in the time of Jesus were Samaritans, a cult that imitated the true faith in Jerusalem. But Jesus shocked everyone by praising the Good Samaritan and by witnessing to the Samaritan woman at the well.
We cannot judge people by our fleshly perception of how good or bad they seem to be.
And Jesus forbids killing our enemies.
Lawlessness. That's exactly what these pacifists and muslim symps want. They would rather see evil reign and Christianity die. I've had these discussions with them on other threads. That's why I don't even bother with them now, their pathetic.
