If you can't grasp the simple, will you believe the complex? -- I think not.
Go ahead, explain to a child how the second derivative tells us whether the curve is ascending (positive) or descending (negative). And let me know if they understand enough to believe you.
Have you considered starting at the simple and arriving to the complex?

Do you have an opinion as to what I call the "Intelligent Design" of the Dan. 2:45 sequence Iron, Bronze, Clay, Silver, Gold = 4,3,5,2,1 = FIVE, -- in which Scripture appears to contradict the commentator 4a/4b with a FIVE sequence?
