The reason why it had to be now was because Iran was building impenetrable defenses by manufacturing their own weapons and drones.
They were manufacturing and also buying from other countries, so it would act as if it were the Iron Dome or what will be the Golden Dome.
At the rate they could produce the uranium to make a nuclear weapon, combined with the rate they were manufacturing a defensive border,
it wouldn't be very long before the world literally would of been at the mercy of the IRGC. Which is an oxymoron because the IRGC know no mercy.

We had the intelligence, we had the military, and we had a plan.
Now or never.

Don't forget about the people who live there. I don't even know the population of Persians in Iran, it has to be in the millions.
They are trying to form their own army but they are up against the IRGC and other terrorist groups that work with the IRGC.
The people are afraid. Just last spring 70k got mowed down in the streets just for protesting.

They don't have weapons for self-defence. They have "gun control" .
The whole financial system is entwined in this mess, global banks, supply chains.
A lot of countries depend on that Straight to get their food and fuel supplies.
At least we are there defending that supply chain. Other nations in the area are starting to pitch in.
And then Saudi gets hit by the Houthis, Qatar gets hit by Hezbollah..
It's a family fued.

I honestly believe what we are doing is buying time for the Iranian people to be able to take back their government.
But who do you trust to put in charge? The people are scattered, they need to know what and who their options are.
We don't want to go in and destroy all the structures because the people need a functioning country to live in.
But at the same time, the enemy is using those same structures to attack from.

It's a hard situation.
One that no other Administrations wanted to face. They just threw money at it and wished it away.

I pray the Persian people win this war and take back their country and begin to live in peace again.

Miller has been his speech writer and his most fanatical Maga supporter.

I wish ...but I don't think that will happen (although it should). I don't think anyone will hold him accountable. The MAGA Christians won't hold him accountable, nor will the Dems, or those Republicans who say they disagree with him. They're too afraid of him. And most of them have had their own hands in the cookie jar. So they have to watch their backs. It's dog eat dog, sadly.
