I was told yesterday in this forum that I have taken the mark of the beast and that Jesus is going to make me suffer!
How did they arrive at that conclusion?
Reminds of a bumper sticker I saw years ago which shows how the world views our insane view of God.

JESUS IS COMING
And he's really pissed.

Anyone that says that Jesus loves all and will save all is a servant of Satan!
Right. Because there is no value in a relationship with God in the here and now. Say what?
Christians only go to church to avoid hell in the afterlife. No hell = no church
Why bother suffering through church every Sunday if there are no consequences in the afterlife? - LOL

Absolutely! In what cases can you think this applies?
Why did it apply in Numbers 15?
Why don't you try to talk to the text? It wont bite you! Direct you clever questioning to this record and find truth and then share it with us!
hmmx1:
Do you NEED me to argue with you?
I typically avoid foolish and unlearned arguments, but if you NEED that... I can help.
If the gloves come off, I will be in your face. Is that what you want?
I usual avoid confrontations, as you have noticed. I let it go, and keep the peace.
But if you prefer, I can give you hell. Tell me what you NEED. I love you.
I know my Bible. I'm not the unknowlwdgable person you may think I am.

Profitable? - LOL
I'm not in the market for what you are selling.

I don't have a problem with rhetorical questions.
I have a problem with you accusing me of avoiding when I don't answer them.
By definition, a rhetorical question doesn't require an answer.
Because the answer is either obvious, or unanswerable.
It's all just an avoidance on your part. Your responses seem to be deteriorating SteVen.

Do you believe the stoning was justified?

I wonder if you are self aware?

I questioned your questioning of Gods morality in Numbers 15 - have a look at how many posts I've given you to justify your question, or get you to speak to the text and yet you post nonsense.

I'm yet to see understanding from you. Maybe thats your issue, its just knowledge and even now, it is not true knowledge.

Can you articulate your opinions on Number 15 and explain why you have issue with it? Have you even studied that section of Scripture to better understand why all the leaders of the tribes were commanded to stone the man? What is God teaching them? Why was he stoned? What does the Scripture state about the man’s character? What were the Israelites meant to take from this incident? Will you avoid looking for fear of acknowledging truths you reject?

You really do make it hard for yourself! You either ask the question and be prepared to give and answer or you remain silient.

Your call

This is just garbage Steven. You make horrendous assumptions. As if you know the hidden intentions of the hearts of those who attend Church. This post of yours reveals a sickness in your head. Should get that looked at!
Damaged goods I'm sensing.

Do you believe the stoning was justified?
The death sentence for gathering firewood?
No, the punishment doesn't fit the crime.
And the act carried out by the whole tribe?
They will have to live with the trauma as well.

What does the Scripture state about the man’s character?
And what of the character of those who found him collecting firewood?
A gang of thugs that had been waiting to pounce on the man. Premeditated murder.
But they were justified by law.
You really do make it hard for yourself! You either ask the question and be prepared to give and answer or you remain silient.
Oftentimes, the questions are more important than the answers, which are usually only a best guess anyway.

Oh NO! Is it because you went to church on Sunday?
I saw on another forum someone was upset and anxious because his family members had taken the Covid vaccine and he was worried that it was the mark of the beast

It's sarcasm and parody.
I believe there is value in a relationship with God in the here and now.

On another forum a poll was done on a topic that asked the question:
"Would you follow Jesus if there was no afterlife?"
The resounding chorus from most Christians on that topic was "No!"
No, they would not follow Jesus if there was no afterlife.
Frankly, I was stunned by that response.
And I couldn't reason them out of it.

BTW: With friends like you, who needs enemies?

The act was carried out by the leaders of the tribes!
You think God cares about them living with trauma - you certainly don't know Him!

Thousands may have thought the same thing. I'm not sure what the mark is. I have my guesses. I still don't think the mark is global, and I don't think the anti-Christ system is global. I know that Rev. 13 appears to be global, but in my word studies, I don't think it is.

I have some questions about Rev. 13 that I still have no answers for.
@RLT63
I don't think the vaccine was/is the mark.
What I found disturbing was the mechanism that is in place to make global demands on the population.
The World Health Organization (WHO) was making demands on everyone. And we all fell in line to enforce it.
Masks and social distancing at the snap of their fingers.

What else might they want us to do for them? This was just a training exercise. Their experiment worked.

If parents did that to their children, the Child Protection Agency would remove the children from the home for their own safety.

So, you believe God is a cosmic tyrant?
One who does not care about human trauma?
Just more of your foolish questions.
When you want to discuss something of meaning let me know.
