I don't think Biden or Hillary Clinton will have an opportunity to lock up Trump, but I concede that it's possible. Trump has legal trouble coming out of his ears, from his 3,500 lawsuits and 169 federal lawsuits he's named in to the federal charges looming over his head that Robert Mueller said he could still be charged with once he is out of office. Not to mention the criminal charges New York State has waiting in the wings for him.

The well perpetuated Government Reps and News-outlets Neverending story of Dividing and Encouraging Division Among:
Race, Gender, Age, Gender identity, Sanctity of Life.
And? What exactly IS EVERY Single Justice Supposed to RULE a Case ON?
The "LIMITS OF LAW".
And what DO we See Instead?
Packing the Court...with People Who decide cases on their PERSONAL....OPINIONS...
ON Race, Gender, Age, Gender identity, Sanctity (and lack thereof).
What does the Court Render?
THEIR OPINION!
The "Supreme Court" was designed to Reign Supreme- Deciding Cases According TO the LAW
1) NOT others OPINIONS before them.
2) NOT personal emotional feelings and Opinions.

And
If A Law doesn't exist to decide a Case?
...nothing to render.
if the LAW is Vague?
...it is supposed to be Repealed being Void for Vagueness.
And Instead...Discussions and Opinion votes.
Barring a LAW is NOT Vague...IMO- every Justice in that position, Should All be in concert, all voting pursuant to the LAW, and NOT their "personal feelings and opinions".
It is a well known fact- Conservatives are (as History has revealed) - more Prone to stick to the letter of the Law...
And Democrats- are more Prone to consider Personal Feelings and Personal Opinions.
