If you are not as learnered about the bible or proficient in the word, does that determine your place in heaven? will i get judge for weakness of faith,
I feel like i have strong faith but i am not as proficient as others, i havent read the bible fully, so i think maybe i will be judged for that

it is something i want to improve, i would like to read the bible before i die but i am very slow
All I have to say is that you have to get into the Word. Notice I capitalized Word because that's who Christ is, and the bible is the written expression, so in effect to dig into the bible is to fellowship with God. Praying (in the Spirit) is our communication to Him and the Bible is how He communicates with us. Yes, times are rough, but the bible is the very thing needed as it has all the answers. So "being busy" is not an option.
As for your place, first of all it's not in heaven. Heaven is coming to earth. Christ is coming back, and the purpose of the church is to rule and reign with him, starting with King David over Israel, the 12 apostles over all the tribes of Israel, Christ over the whole world, and the rest over various nations. As the gospel went to the nations so these rule and reign over them. Before the church, various leaders and prophets in Israel were inspired by God's Spirit, but most died without the Spirit (which came on Pentecost) which they will receive his Spirit later after the resurrection (c.f. Ezekiel 37) and they are raised up over Israel. (This is not second chance doctrine, but their first chance since they were not called in that age).
So, what does the church do in the Kingdom of God? (aka 1000 years) Read Revelation 1:6. Kings and priests. The function is to teach those in the world His ways, Obedience to God and His Commands. Some will be given many cities, and I suppose those who are not as learned given a small place, even if one has to rule and reign over the janitor's closet with three people they still need to be taught. That will make this mess disappear as people learn about the government of God. I.e. things will be great for awhile until one last interlude. And then the general resurrection I mentioned earlier and Great White Throne Judgement. Some of those not written in the book of Life will be thrown and destroyed in the lake of fire (perish). I hope that most of mankind will have learned by then.
As for heaven, I'm sure we have access if understood the headquarters is here. WE will no doubt be fixing what the fallen creation brought to us and putting the icing on the cake so-to-speak. That's what Paul meant by the manifestations of the sons of God in Romans 8. That's what all of creation awaits. Too much of heaven, hell, immortality, etc is based on Greek and pagan concepts. I had to overhaul myself once I read the bible many times over I saw that what I originally believed was not true.
