I don't believe it's by chance, but a 'created' financial chaos.

The power of gold is stronger than the power of the paper dollar. Christ's enemies have long been planning to setup a one-world government over all nations on the earth to include a one-world type currency. The paper dollar is how they have linked the nation's economies together. God has ordained it because that's what His prophecy about His assembling the nations in the end is about. It's to usher in the false messiah and abomination of desolation, basically the events of the second beast of Rev.13 and in prep for Armageddon.

It's very possible that the mark to buy and sell might be the chip implant as an answer to a one-world currency for all nations. Some have already taken some form of it voluntarily, and Andy Rooney of 60 Minutes publically announced his desire for all of us to get it. I believe it will only be given by choice for those who agree to follow the NWO and its false king they plan to setup over all nations.
