Knee to the neck? Knee to the back? Cuffed?
Trying to get him into the police car? Escorting him out of his car? Sitting him on the sidewalk? No I do not see that as Brutal.
Ok then that basically tells me everything

Then what are they protesting? I'll tell you. They are protesting on a false assumption. Because it's already been proven that there are not more blacks shot than other races. BLM started from the assumption that police were deliberately targeting young black men, but it's really a political group now. Very far-left political group that no one is allowed to criticize without being called racist.Geez, are you really that tone deaf? If you truly think they're out protesting slavery, I can't help you.
If that's really what you think, then I can't help you. I'm not sure why you think you get to speak for blacks who are protesting and/or BLM and what they're about, but I'll just say that when I want to try and understand what they're doing, I'll ask them....not you. Then what are they protesting? Oh, he had two arms. OK.What don't you get?
You are Not Authorized to apprehend criminals in the Public.
The man was NOT unarmed!
I'm not so naive that I think a minority group overcoming centuries of overt systemic racism is simply a matter of "taking personal responsibility".
centuries of overt systemic racism
Seriously? Once slavery was over racism ended? What the heck is wrong with some of you?1776- USA established.
1787- US Constitution Established.
1861- succession from US
1862- slavery outlawed in Fed Territories
(Territories were more than 2/3 of present US)
1862- blacks serving Union Army were Freed. 1863- all union states blacks Freed.
The Union included the states of Maine, New York, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, California, Nevada, and Oregon. Abraham Lincoln was their President.
The Confederacy included the states of Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia. Jefferson Davis was their President.
Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, Kentucky and Missouri were called Border States.
1863- US slaves Freed.
1776- US Constitutional Republic Established.
Do the math. 87 years of Slavery in the US.
Do the math.
2020- present year
1863- US Slaves Freed, offered passage back to Africa.
1863- US Slaves Freed, offered a grant of US Citizenship.
Do the math:
Your biased opinion does not measure up against the Facts.
You have likely Never met a Slave.
And Children whose G-G- G pappy was a Slave has nothing to do with a Person who was a Freed slave "granted" citizenship, or a person born to Freed slaves for the last 157 years.
If they WANT to recognize their Freedom and provide for themselves...their Choice.
If they WANT to "pretend" they are Free, but solicited the US Federal Government as their new Slave Master "Caretaker" ... the US Government will dole out Scraps, leftovers, housing, used cloths, food, not much different than their ggggrand pappy received as a Slave....their Choice.
They can Blame Every White Person to no Avail...
Blacks in Africa captured neighboring Tribes Blacks and sold them.
And Black families in the US OWNED Black Slaves.
Pretending Free person's can not be responsible for their own lives and choices is utter Nonsense.
Blacks are Not unique to Slavery...every Race has experienced Slavery.
Glory to God,
Taken
Oh, he had two arms. OK.
The last I checked, an empty tazer gun is not a "weapon"
The Law says that when someone fleeing they are no longer a threat. Shooting them in the back is murder. You are clear in where you stand.
In that respect we are Divided and I'm content with standing With the Law.
Well, so far you've said centuries of racism, then apparently retracted that because you said it's not about slavery and now you don't think it's about the police, so I have no idea what you think it's about? Because they bring both those issues up.If that's really what you think, then I can't help you. I'm not sure why you think you get to speak for blacks who are protesting and/or BLM and what they're about, but I'll just say that when I want to try and understand what they're doing, I'll ask them....not you.
Honestly, I can't recall ever talking with someone who is this clueless about what blacks have gone through, and continue to experience in the US. I urge you to pause for a bit, let down your guard, and take some time to listen to what they're trying to convey to all of us. Instead of telling black protesters what they are and what they're about, have the humility to let them tell you.Well, so far you've said centuries of racism, then apparently retracted that because you said it's not about slavery and now you don't think it's about the police, so I have no idea what you think it's about? Well, if it's just about general prejudices, then we should all be protesting because that kind of racism is across the board. Many blacks don't like whites, many whites don't like blacks, they call each other names, same as whites and Mexicans and Mexicans and whites and so on and so forth. The point is, there are no more restrictions on what a person can do or not do because of race in this country. A black man became president. I mean isn't Oprah the highest-paid TV celebrity ever or close to it?Seriously? Once slavery was over racism ended? What the heck is wrong with some of you?
I have been listening. I hear "Fry the police" "F-the Police" and "defund the police."Honestly, I can't recall ever talking with someone who is this clueless about what blacks have gone through, and continue to experience in the US. Apparently you're too far gone to even have a rational conversation with. If you truly think this is about communism, then.....well....there's nothing left to say.Well, if it's just about general prejudices, then we should all be protesting because that kind of racism is across the board. But it's not about any of that, it's about some people's hatred of the American system, people that want to change us from a Republic to something totally different, something far closer to communism and this is just a good smokescreen for that agenda.
Lol, says the guy who can't come up with even one legitimate reason for the protests.Apparently you're too far gone to even have a rational conversation with. If you truly think this is about communism, then.....well....there's nothing left to say.
Why don't you go ask the ones who are protesting? Are you afraid to have a legitimate conversation with them?Lol, says the guy who can't come up with even one legitimate reason for the protests.
If you want to see "real crazy," watch this video titled, "Pastor Louie Giglio, rappper Lecrae and Chick-fil-A CEO dan Cathy had an honest conversaton." Giglio says slavery was bad but once it ended it can be described as a white blessing.Seriously? Once slavery was over racism ended? What the heck is wrong with some of you?
As badly as he put it, I actually kind of get what he was saying (if I understand it properly). He's saying slavery is a big reason why white people enjoy a privileged status in the US, but since "white privilege" is such a hot-button term, he uses the term "white blessing" instead. If you want to see "real crazy," watch this video titled, "Pastor Louie Giglio, rappper Lecrae and Chick-fil-A CEO dan Cathy had an honest conversaton." The spin he was trying to put on it by using the word "blessing" seemed like an attempt to say the racist slavery system wasn't that bad since it made the country great. He seemed to acknowledge white privilege in the past and that whites are still benefiting from it, but it seemed to me he was saying the whole country benefited and still is. It's extremely insensitive, because it effectively casts slavery of blacks as a "blessing" for whites, but I guess at least he's trying to acknowledge that by merely being white he enjoys a privileged status.
Yeah, it was garbled no matter what, and very insensitive. I'm not sure exactly what he was trying to dance around, but if he was trying to say what I thought he was trying to say, he could've just said slavery was horrible and it allowed whites to prosper at the expense of blacks, and as a white person he enjoys social privileges that blacks generally don't get.The spin he was trying to put on it by using the word "blessing" seemed like an attempt to say the racist slavery system wasn't that bad since it made the country great. I'm sure that would go well. I could go out and hold a sign saying "All lives matter." and see how many positive responses I get. Or "Thank you, LEO's for your service."Why don't you go ask the ones who are protesting? Are you afraid to have a legitimate conversation with them?
